I booked a cleaning service last minute for the first time with City Living solutions, and was utterly impressed with the thorough job completed. I came home to a spotless home, the lady did an excellent job, and exceeded my expectations. I have used other services and was left unimpressed with the work performed, but this time it was definitely worth it. The booking agent confirmed my appointment and was very communicative, she even called to request my authorization of additional time as the cleaning lady would require more time to complete the services i requested above what I had booked, which I thought was very honest and forthcoming. Additionally, I received follow up from the company inquiring about the services rendered and my experience. I would definitely recommend this company, it is easy to book and they do an impeccable job!

Booked on groupon and have continued to book with them ever since! They are absolutely amazing and left my apartment spotless! I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness and my personal belongings but the woman that came was so professional and focused on every detail. She is my go to now and I have even used them for other services. After my first booking, the manager even called to make sure that everything was to my liking. Exceptional service and after having experienced many unprofessional companies and sub-​par cleaning ladies, I am finally happy! Would never go with another company again!!!

Do not do business with this company, they are a scam. I purchased the Groupon for 1 hour of cleaning within 20miles of downtown. I live exactly 4.5 miles away and when I called to redeem my Groupon and see when they can come, they said I was «too far away». They then proceeded to tell me they don’t offer one hour of cleaning. «Why do you offer it on Groupon then?» I asked. The girl could not answer my question all she could say is that I am too far and they can’t come clean for an hour.
