Staff is knowledgable and very hospitable. Must try the rotating flavor slushy. Today is was Flor De Con Rum with ginger and other fresh Ingredients. There new Gastro pub menu is scrumptious. Every dish we had was a delicious surprise. Great happy hour specials on beer wine and mixed drinks. They also started having live music!

I’ve never had a bad time here. Happy Hour can’t be beat(half off everything aside from the specialty drinks) bartenders are all amicable, security is polite as you can be. The drinks are strong and music is always vibing. Some of the better djs on miami have residencies here and their weird headphone party on Sundays is always good for people watching. All in all keep up the great work.

Honestly, screw this place. I was already leaving because of how ratchetly packed this place was, when a bouncer decided it was acceptable to put his hands on me. I vocalized that I was on my way out, and he grabbed me harder and pushed me out calling me a «bitch» repeatedly. I don’t think it is ever acceptable to condone physical force as a company, especially on someone smaller and weaker. I suggest this company highly reconsider the people it employs as employees and«security» guards when in fact, the«guards» are little boys who think it is acceptable to use force to push women customers to exit the premises. This is absolutely disgusting and I highly suggest that the company look into firing these employees before they cause further issues.

Love the music at brick house! It’s always great. Weekends here get way too packed. You barely can dance and that’s a no no for me. I love to dance so if I can’t that’s a down. I love the bites they have for when you get the munchies. Grilled cheese, guac and chips… That’s what I can remember right now lol. I’d recommend you getting here early on a Friday or Saturday, maybe 9p to enjoy dancing and drinking so by the time 11p comes around you’ve accomplished enough to not get annoyed with the overwhelming crowd.

One of my favorite places to go to. The music is always good, the people and workers are awesome. I love the happy hour special from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Great prices and drinks to choose from. I love going to this spot after work with a couple of friends and coworkers, I always seem to have a good time. The food there is good too. I would recommend the fish tacos!

Not as cool as it used to be. The bouncers are professional but cool, bartenders rock, but the music has changed & is not that great. This place used to have a unique vibe but now it’s just like any other place. Bring back the funk, grunge & punk music

Great place to go out with a group of friends! I loved the atmosphere and the people there. We had a hookah, rum and coke, and a shot of rum on the side. Drinks are a bit pricey that’s why I always recommend pre-gaming before you go. But either way I had a great time! I’ll definitely come again

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Brick House and after last nights experience I probably won’t be going back. Way too overcrowded, 45 min of waiting at the bar to get a drink. There are no fans anywhere so it feels like you’re in a sweat box. Good luck if you need to use the bathroom ladies… might as well start standing in the bathroom line right after you get your drink! Also, the crowd just isn’t the same. I really can’t think of one positive thing to say about this place, we went across the street to R House and had a much better experience.

I was so excited that Brick House has happy hour on the weekend but was disappointed to find out that it’s half off only on beers and maybe well drinks :(. My friends and I got two rounds of «a sailor’s punch» and they were really good! This place doesn’t have actual food either but more like snacks. What sold me about this place is their amazing fries and CHICKENWINGS! Omg so crispy and juicy! Their angus sliders and cheese sticks are really good too, but you can forego the Mac and cheese bites. It was just plain old Mac and cheese, meh. We came around 6 and sat outside, really nice atmosphere and some people were playing jenga. Beware though bc the first time we ordered food, they brought it out for us. So when we ordered it again… We waited so long for our food until I went to ask and my food has been sitting out for forever. The waitress insisted it has only been out for a few min… but it was cold! Another waiter was nice enough to reheat the food for me. Cute place with good music. More crowded at night. One really bad negative about this place is it has only TWORESTROOMS!!! Two stalls shared among a bajillion people… My bladder was gonna explode. Please invest in some money and expand your restroom. Thank you haha

I went to Brick House for the first time this past Sunday. I arrived there about 9:30 pm. There was no long line to wait in to get in(which is a plus). The security at the entrance was very friendly. The entrance fee was free for ladies and $ 20.00 for men which gets you 2 free coupons to buy a drink, so basically men get in for free as well. One awesome thing is that you are allowed to pay your entrance fee with your card. That was a plus since we paid for parking we was short on cash to get in. Once inside we walked past the DJ’s and paid $ 5.00 for a set of headphones. There are 3 different Djs playing and the headphones allow you to change between DJs allowing you to listen to different music. This to me was super awesome. There is music playing out loud as well so you don’t have to rent the headphones if you don’t want to. Our drinks were very strong. By the 2nd drink I was feeling more then wonderful :) . The crowd was very mixed from young to middle aged to some older people. The dress code was very casual. It was nice to be able to walk in there with a cool comfortable sundress and flat sandals. It allowed for a more enjoyable experience. The place did began to get crowded around 11:00ish. I left around midnight and there was 2 very long lines outside of people waiting to get in. I will be going back again. This place is awesome!

I went to Brick House for the first time last night and it was a pleasant surprise! We got there early(around 9:30), since we were at the Wynwood Life festival a couple of blocks away. When we arrived, there were maybe 20 – 30 people, so it was fairly empty. The layout of this place is cool, with the covered bar area being in the front and the ‘patio’ area in the back. There were several picnic tables and Jenga!!! When we first came in, we went straight to the bathroom. I hope they keep them that clean the entire night! There’s a guard there too, so that’s a plus. The whole place is dimly lit, so it’s not very bright, which adds to the ambiance. The music is great, with a blend of old school and some newer hits. There were definitely songs that I hadn’t heard in years, so that’s a plus. It wasn’t overly loud and the crowd was not obnoxious at all. We made friends with a couple of people and played Jenga while chatting for over an hour. The drinks were good and were inexpensive, considering. I left fairly early(11PM), but I did notice the crowd getting larger as I left, so if you want a ‘spot’ for the night, I suggest getting there early. The staff is friendly as well. While they admired our intense game of Jenga, once more people started coming in they told us they had to take it away for safety reasons. Definitely a cool hangout. It’s a casual place, so no need for crazy heels or button downs. Maybe next time I’ll try their food too!

Great ambiance. Love the set up and music. I was disappointed with the bartender tonight. I brought a friend there from New York to check the place out. They asked for a specific beer, she said they didn’t have. Then asked for Stella. She said she didn’t have it and then gave us the menu with an attitude instead of talking to us. My friend noticed the attitude and wasn’t in the mood of really drinking there. Bartenders are usually great. But I must say for the first time I realized gratuity was included in the check and now I know why she gave us an attitude. My friend is a bartender herself so she knows the business. But an attitude when it’s not that busy is uncalled for. Take the attitude somewhere else. We are regulars.

The vibes are great here — non-pretentious(in Miami, this means the ladies can skip the heels and dudes can bring in a banging tshirt). Through security at the entrance during peak hours, which is always comforting coz there’s nothing that’ll ruin your night more than a trigger-happy individual who just got rejected by a girl. Lastly, and arguably more importantly, the music is on point! The one downside, if you will, is that the drinks can be expensive. A cosmopolitan martini will set you back $ 10 — you can make relative estimates of other common cocktails from that benchmark. I hope all this information helps!

This place is the definition of Miami. Loud, larger than life, overwhelming at times but most importantly, a really wonderful mix of people. There is all types of people, from all walks of life just hanging out to a great blend of old school and new hits. I liked that it is not pretentious. No need for heels that hurt your feet and dresses that make peeing a difficult and stressful endeavour. Come as you are! It is a nice place to hang out, people watch and have a couple of drinks. Drinks are well priced(for the area). Fair warning: Pee beforehand because the line is out of this world.

Walked in with 20 people on a Saturday night, when there was literally no one else in there, and completely threw the only bartender off guard. He was moving quickly trying to get everyone drinks, but you could tell he wasn’t happy. On a Saturday night in Wynwood, you’d think they’d be prepared to serve a crowd of 20. I stood at the bar for 10 minutes trying to get his attention. I hate when people deliberately avoid eye contact and pretend you’re not there. A simple nod or «I’ll get your order in a second» goes a long way. When it was finally my turn, I was told he couldn’t mix my three ingredient cocktail because he was too busy. Only beer or red wine. Dude, I just saw you mix a cocktail for someone else 1 minute ago. I was over it and said forget it, when someone handed me one of the beers in a plastic cup. Classy. It tasted like dishwater. I’m no beer aficionado, but I know a bad one when I taste it. The BF thought his tasted stale and like crap as well. We’re used to crappy service in Miami, but why put up with it if the beer is weak?

This place has got to be in the worst part of Miami. If we weren’t going to get killed on the way here, I thought for sure we were going to once we got inside. The line to get into this joint on a Saturday night was outrageous, but my buddy knew the promoter so he did some name dropping and we bypassed that like TSA pre-check. Once inside, which is really still outside, we could barely move. It got to the point where we left before we could even get a drink because 1) We probably couldn’t have gotten a drink if we tried to; and B) Did I mention I thought we were going to get killed? The only reason I’m settling on 3 stars is because the crowd was so eclectic. On a side note, we only saw one fight and one of the participants get thrown out in our short 5 minute visit. Maybe we’ll shoot for 10 next time, if there is a next time …

Went here on a Friday night with my wife and enjoyed it for the most part. Got there about 10:30 and it was a great crowd, great music until about 1am. What happened at 1amish. place got a lot more crowded, music selections weren’t that great, and apparently everyone thought because it’s outdoor it was time to light up some weed. Not sure how the bouncers didn’t smell it and do anything about it. Also, 1 functioning bathroom for a line of about 20 people at a time. Apparently the bathroom is for more than just pee and crap since 2 – 3 people, mainly women would go in at the same time and stay in there for 15 minutes at a time.

Made my way in two weeks in a row, once on a Friday and then a saturday. I can’t say there is a distinctive difference between the two nights. It’s an outdoor bar for the most part, has a beer garden look to it with benches and trees everywhere… which is great on a cool night however if it rains, shit will hit the fan, all the unbeWEAVEable chick’s come running out like it’s Armageddon. but you take a risk hanging outdoors when you can’t get wet. just sayin! The bartenders are friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced for miami but they all come in gargle sized plastic cups so you’re not getting much bang for your buck. The music is pretty cool. ol and new school hip hop and R&B so you find your butt shaking a little. The crowd is very mixed, from students, to teachers, to suits and grand parents. Lots of young chick’s r unning around in little skirt trying to look cute next to a tree with their tiny drinks and lots of jocks with popped collars trying to look«cool». it’s fun to watch. Would go back!

Every time I come to Brickhouse is a good time. The music ranges from hip-hop, R&B, even 80s music. I noticed that they recently started to only SELL water, so hydrate beforehand! Jumbo size Jenga is available at some tables for entertainment, & headphones which let you listen to music other than what is playing out loud. From what I saw, there is more than one different broadcast which you can listen to since the colors the few people were wearing were green, red, & blue. The concept of that was interesting but maybe if everyone was doing it seeing as it can maybe make one a bit anti social? I’ll try it one day though.

I really enjoyed coming to Brick House! I’ve been here twice and had consistently good experiences. Drinks are inexpensive: $ 1 – 8 beers and even the mixed drinks aren’t more than $ 10. It’s definitely worth coming somewhere like this now and then, instead of Miami Beach, for the prices and street parking availability alone. The outdoor picnic table seating here is very pretty, and the walls are covered with typical Wynwood style art. It would be a great place to go with a group of friends, to mingle with new people. My only complaint is that the DJ that night changed the songs too frequently. By the time you were singing along to one you knew, they changed it haha. This could vary depending on the DJ, but that was my experience. Everyone here is friendly, including the bouncers, and it’s a popular spot without feeling too crowded. I’d love to check out their happy hour deals sometime.
