Better Organizing Solutions was highly recommended by a friend. Being this was my first time hiring an organizer, I am so happy I did. I purchased my condo about 2 years ago and as a single lady constantly traveling for work, I never really had the time to sort my belongings. I still had a few boxes around from the move and as usual I kept pushing off the chore of organizing to next weekend, and the next. Before I knew it, time flew and I had accumulated way more than I could handle. Feeling overwhelmed and just a sense that I needed to take charge of my space, I called Bettina. From the first phone call to our first session, she was extremely pleasant, resourceful and really helped me, well, get «organized.» The first task at hand was my Master bedroom –seven bags of shoes and clothes to charity later, I am really pleased with my room — just my closet alone felt like a major milestone achieved. Paying it forward, I highly recommend BOS :)

I hired BOS to help me but order in my disorder. Over the years I simply accumulated too many things. With Bettina’s help I was able to throwaway, donate or sell a ¼ of the items that seemed to have accumulated in my cupboards and closets. Bettina’s presence made me feel motivated, she had a calming presence and never made me feel pressured to make decisions. While she had me sorting through one pile I would turn around and she had magically restored a cupboard I had already designated as keep/​relocated/​donate. I feel as if a HUGE weight has been lifted off of me. At first I considered her services a luxury that I as treating myself to, but now I see that it was a wise investment. I have so much more free time and have become more efficient as a result of my time with her. If you are hesitating about the expense, DON’T, YOU WILL NOT regret it.

And the award for most organized kitchen in Miami gos to… ME! Yes, I hired Bettina of Better Organizing Solutions to take the hot mess that was my kitchen (picture a tornado twisting through your kitchen cabinets and drawers for a visual) and make it channel the kind of OCD stuff you see in a Container Store catalogs.
After sending me a link of items to buy (such draw organizers, shelves, baskets, etc.), Bettina spent 2 hours in my kitchen and it’s perfectly organized. Bettina helped me purge our cabinets and drawers of duplicate and unnecessary items and now our kitchen is clutter free, too. She also created much-​needed space for my kid’s backpacks and lunch boxes. I also love the fact she left me 2 EMPTY drawers and 2 EMPTY cabinets.
So if you’re like me (Read: unorganized), the folks at Better Organizing Solutions have got it all under control. Including that messy junk drawer.
