Terrible, terrible experience. They were training a teller and I was the lucky customer that had a «complicated order». I had to get two money orders done. Once I was informed that there would be a fee, we decided to cancel the money orders. We did the money order through another account which, according to the tellers, would not be charged. They closed out the transaction before they could offer a receipt… now I have no proof that I DID NOT take out cash and I am having a huge headache with BofA. I will NEVER be back.

This is the closest BoA to my house but I really have to be in a rush to come to this branch. They seem to always be training tellers and they ask the most ridiculous things from you even if you’re making a deposit to your own account. There’s always a long line and not enough tellers. The drive-​thru seems to always be closed. The parking is the worst ever and you have to walk a lot to get to the front of the building. I would avoid this location and travel south to the Bird Road branch for much better service.
