For the most part, this Auntie Anne’s just outside Dadeland Mall’s food court in Kendall gets it right. We usually receive hot/fresh/fresh-ish pretzels. If you find that your pretzel has been sitting under the heat lamp too long, I would recommend that you return and ask for a new one. Tip — They have an app(apple and android) that has coupons sometimes and a rewards barcode that the employees will scan. The employees are usually nice and very hardworking. My favorite pretzel is the cheese covered pepperoni one. It’s a whole meal for me usually. *I would stay away from the Auntie Anne’s products they sell in the freezer case at stores or supermarkets(at Target for example). The frozen pretzels are nothing like the ones from the mall. The frozen pretzel dogs product is somewhat better.

just ate a rock disguised as a pretzel! this place has its ups and downs. You can tell that the pretzel wasn’t fresh.

This place has its good days and bad. For the most part the pretzels are soft and tasty. But on those bad days the pretzel has been sitting under the heater for too long and gets hard almost immediately. 10% off discount for mall employees. Your welcome

This Auntie Anne’s is aweful. The only good thing i have to say about this place is that the employees are very nice. Ive been here a couple of times. Every time I have come here the pretzels are hard and not fresh. I have to ask to make a fresh batch. Which makes the employees very nice. They make a fresh batch when you ask. I get the almond pretzel all the time. Being an undercover fat ass I get it dunked in butter… lol.
