These guys are the real deal. Not a one man band working out of a pick up truck like so many in Miami. My Realtor recommended them because I told her I wanted to know the real story on the house we were looking at buying. And boy, they did find some important things. Mainly a mold issue with the AC drain for the upstairs unit. I though I looked at everything but these guys went micro on the place. We were able to work a credit at closing to the tune of $ 5000.00 because of what they found. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
