So you think it’s weird to find a little sushi place right in the heart of Little Havana? Well let me tell you that this place is a diamond in the rough. It was completely empty when my fiancé and I peaked through the window but we decided to take a chance. The gamble paid off as the owner attended to us personally and the sushi chef even gave us a free snack on the house. Everything was delicious and fresh, we tried some of their signature rolls and I had a Lychee Martini– all fantastic.

Food was amazing and the service was top notch. They were very friendly and even gave us some tea to make the next day after we told them we were traveling and really enjoyed the tea. Definitely check this place out!

Came here for pick up. Ordered 2 things and left asking my wife what the heck did we order!!! Was verrrrry expensive. She called and they had different prices posted then where in the computer. So before I even got to enjoy the food. I felt a little annoyed… We ordered pad see ewe with extra chicken. It was tasty but I think then forgot to put the noodles in it. Seemed like all chicken and minimal noodles. Strange considering its a noodle dish. The spider roll was very small but was delish. They have parking in the back which is great. I will go back if I’m in the area and had a craving but wouldn’t go out of my way because of the small issues I have.

This place is like a hidden gem on calle ocho! Who would have thought that Asian restaurant would do so well and be so good in the heard of little havana! All their soups are the best– I’m not even a soup kinda guy but their broccoli and carrot soup are fantastic! Thai and Japanese food(currys and sushi are great, not amazing but pretty damn good for being near downtown). They deliver and the prices are excellent. I love this place!

Not digging it at all, sushi menu was weak, nothing stood out or caught my attention. Service was good, our server was on point. The table next to us, ordered a Pan Fried Red Snapper and immediately sent it back, the guy stated that it was not good(insert funny face). Server promptly removed it. Ambiance is good and parking is accessible.

This place a little hidden gem on 8th St. It’s a place that I immediately fell in love with. The food is awesome. The staff is incredible and accommodating, even with my kids! It’s become a regular spot for us and our family. I highly recommend that you you venture over and give them a shot. You will not be disappointed. Don’t be afraid to let the wait staff make suggestions :-)

Overall, the food here is pretty good. The lunch specials are great and they have a wonderful selection of sushi and other Asian Cuisines. They offer delivery and takeout. The service still needs improvement, but they are very welcoming and kind. The prices vary wildly. The lunch specials are very affordable, but then entres triple in price. It seems like they are not yet sure of the price point they want to have. Overall, if you’re craving Asian cuisine, this is a great stop.

Picture La Pequeña Habana, Calle Ocho & the Three Kings Parade. Or picture a park where it’s packed with Cuban viejitos listening to old school salsa & playing what they play best, dominoes, and right next door… BAM, 2B Asian Bistro! Stupendous. I was immediately enticed by their Cuban/Hispanic spin on Japanese & Thai dishes when I viewed their menu online. Therefore, we decided to give it a go! I opted to call ahead of time for takeout because I purchased the $ 5 for $ 10 deal on Unilocal & wanted to have a relaxing night in with the babe. It’s a modern little place, nice atmosphere and was still very lively(even for it being 11ish). My food was ready within 15 minutes! On the«specials board», they offered a shot of pineapple infused sake to the guests that check in & liked their restaurant on FB, so we shared a toast, Kampai!!! We were so pleasantly pleased that we even purchased an entire glass to go.
I ordered the crispy wontons, that have a shrimp and pork filling and a wonderful vinegary plum dipping sauce. They were appetizing and delicious, for only $ 5.95. In addition, I ordered Massaman Curry with a side of white rice and it was on point and wonderful & I loved how they added slices of avocado to give it a hint of Hispanic flare. Our take out experience was great so, we will definitely be dining in veryyyy soon & enjoy the entire experience. I can definitely see 2B Asian Bistro as my Go-To place for my Asian cravings. Two thumbs up! «Barriga llena, corazon contento»

The food was delicious I had Massaman with pork and the spring rolls. My son had the Drunken Noodles and boy were they good. Lots of different tastes dancing on your tongue with this dish. I highly suggest it. I should have shared but they were soooo good. The service is also great. Our waitress was very attentive and kept an eye on us to see if we needed anything constantly.

Wow hidden little Havana gem. Had the spicy basil stir fry. Was awesome. Their miso soup is a little on the sweet side since it’s a thai spot but great nonetheless. Service was great. Only downside is they need to step up their sake bomb game… they don’t have the proper glassware for it. A much welcomed AZN spot in my awesome Little Havana hood.

The service here is getting better and better. Last night, we had three very attentive and friendly waitresses, all of whom were genuinely sweet and funny. This is definitely a family-run place, and we’ve seen the family sitting out back eating their own curry a few different times(great sign). The Tom Ka Gai was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy, and the thai iced tea was tall and refreshing. It doesn’t hurt that 2B Asian has a Unilocal Check-In deal currently — a free beer with purchase of an entrée. With an additional $ 10-for-$ 5 Unilocal deal that we’d previously purchased, I feel like this restaurant is paying ME to eat here. You guys get an upgrade — 5⁄5!

Food was truly delicious. The mushroom soup is a «must have.» Service was good but the timing way off. My entrée arrived 15 minutes before my wife’s. I would come back just for the music… Any sushi/Thai place that plays KC and the Sunshine has my vote.

It’s not that I disliked 2B Asian, it’s just that I didn’t really like it either. It lies in a sort of culinary purgatory. The Positives –Convenient location with easy, free parking behind the building. –Indoor and outdoor seating options. –Appears to be family-owned, with a little rugrat being fed in the main dining area(this is a pro because babies are cute; especially Asian babies!). –Enticing promotions like a free beer with a check-in and dining certificates on and Unilocal. The Negatives –Unfocused service. As cute as that baby was, I didn’t like feeling like I had to compete with him for our server’s attention. It’s not fair! HEWILLALWAYSWIN. –Fusion Fails like the«Calle Ocho Tuna Tartare». Rony M. describes it best in his review. I would describe it as confused mushiness. It reminded me of my first high school break up. –Lack of ambiance. I chuckled while reading the bit about the horrid elevator music in Vanessa S.‘s review. Sadly, the folks at 2B Asian haven’t read it yet, and thus the random potpourri of songs from the 80s, 90s, and today plays on. This place has potential but they have to step up their game. Things need to be all around more focused and purposeful. And would you kindly change the station?

This place is ridiculous. I live less than 2 miles from this place and when I called to order delivery, the manager insisted I buy more than the usual $ 25 minimum charge because there is a Heat game tonight and there might be traffic! Way to lose out on business, dweebs.

«2B or not 2B, that is the question: Whether ’tis nobler in the mouth to suffer. The sushi and Thai of outrageous Asian Fusion, or to take arms against the seafood of troubles.» Is probably how the Bard of Avon would have started his review of 2B Asian Bistro, confused as he was about what he was served – Bag of Gold: fried version of Kinchaku, steamed tofu pouch filled with seafood + veggies, tied with dried squash«rope». Some parts of this appetizer were chewy and nearly raw, while others had suffered a terrible death in the electric chair. This dish needs to be more consistent before I invest more time and money into it. Cuba Ocho Tuna: mixture of tuna/crab/spicy mayo layered with sushi rice and dolloped with guacamole, served with fried wontons and drizzled with eel sauce. Fish was partially frozen, rice was overcooked and I mistook the eel sauce for dulce de leche it was so sweet. This dish could easily find its way on to a bland-diet, soft-foods or tube-feeding menu at a local hospital. Salmon Yuzu Roll: spicy citrus marinated salmon and sushi rice wrapped with more rice and garnished with jalapeño and cilantro. If I had forgotten my dentures, this dish would’ve been ideal because it’s so mushy you don’t need teeth. If Shakespeare were alive today, I’d imagine him as both a gourmand and a fantasy-football enthusiast. He might be so bold as to have this slashie cater his draft party but would have to think carefully about what to offer his guests. Perhaps he’d choose the following – Chang Beer: anywhere in the Dominican Republic you can order a beer vestida de novia/dressed like a bride. Meaning it’s served with white frost covering the bottle reminiscent of white lace. They use refrigeration techniques that keeps the brews 1 degree above freezing and so does 2BAB. Plus they give away the Thai lager for liking them on Facebook or checking-in on Unilocal.2−4−1 most days makes me have a thang-a-lang for Chang-a-lang. Curry Roma: shrimp and scallop dumplings in a coconut curry sauce topped with braised bok-choy. Creative flavor, lots of contrasting textures and the sauce has just the right amount of creamy richness you expect from Thai food. Keep this in the line-up. Wakame: seaweed salad seasoned with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil that looks like green spaghetti. Balanced sweet ‘n sour flavor, tender texture and cool to the touch make me want to write ‘Don’t Change!’ in its yearbook. I was bored with the menu, a lot of Dragon/Dynamite/Rainbow BS you can get at Publix. The chef needs to cut all the basic and Latin-Asian fusion plates from his fantasy menu team and hire more superstars like the Curry Roma and Three Flavor Fish. If so 2B Asian Bistro would score points with diners and make a fan out of Buffalo Bill Shakespeare and me.

It was a nice small place located in Little Havana, right next to the park that local people go play cards. Their menu has a lot of options, and the price is super reasonable!!! Most important is the food quality is great as well!!! The service is really good, they gave us a free starting soup. I orderred from sushi lunch menu, only 10 bucks, but a lot of food!!! and yes again, fresh and good quality!!! My husband orderred the pinapple fried rice!!! Nice display and good taste!!! Plus they have free parking!!! If you ever visit this area, it’s the place to go!!! The server and the owner(the sushi chef I think he’s the owner) are both super nice and we had a good talk!!!

To start out, have the lychee sake. I am not a big fan of sake at all but really loved this drink. It is fruity so if you don’t like sweet drinks, then this isn’t for you. Sake bombs are standard here and if you’re lucky the owner will take one with you in their special glasses made specifically for sake bombs. They have a wine list by the bottle/glass as well. The ambiance and décor is great! The staff is very attentive. This place is in the middle of no where(in my book) and he manages to bring such a crowd at all hours into this restaurant. How you ask? Because people are in ever search of a food EXPLOSION bursting of different unknown flavors and this is the spot to experience such a thing. Our table had a bunch of different things and shared everything. The food was so well presented and tasted excellent. I tried food that I do NOT like and ending up really enjoying the dish. My fiancé ordered tom kha gai soup(tom ka kay) and orders this at every thai restaurant that we dine at and said that at 2B it was the best he’s ever had. He said it was a perfect combination of spices and flavor. They grow a lot of things in the back of the restaurant that they use in the food so it’s very locally grown. You can definitely taste the difference. Our favorites were * pad see-ew * vegetable spring rolls * tom kha gai soup * bag of gold * raw snapper – There were a few others that I can’t remember the name of what they were * chocolate bond for dessert is a MUST The music is also amazing. They play Kaskade on a regular basis and have great lounge style music playing. Definitely stop by this restaurant. The food will not disappoint.

Had dinner here last night with a few friends and its was Awesome. We started with the Bags of Gold and Tom Yom soup. Then we had Green Curry with Shrimp, Chicken Pad Thai, Beef Panang, and Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken and Shrimp. My favorites were the Shrimp Green Curry and the beef Panang. Then for dessert we had the Thai doughnut. Had a great time. Enjoy
