Excellent service. Great tropical flavors. Must taste the Mofongo and the «Chivo»

Horrible experience! Our service today was really bad, let’s start with the waitress that had an attitude. We waited for an hour to get our food. My son’s chicken fingers weren’t fully cooked. I order pork chops with a salad, when I ask for Italian dressing they literally brought me a bowl full of pure oil, then after waiting for awhile for the dressing they told me they didn’t have any Italian dressing. I asked to speak to the manager, who stood by the bar on his phone even after we asked to speak with him. I had to ask the waitress to call him again. When he finally approached our table, I explained to him the experience and service we had received, he seemed very careless and unconcerned about the attention. His response was that they tried to look for more dressing but couldn’t find any and that next time we order chicken fingers that we need to specify for the chicken to be cooked well done so that it doesn’t come under cook, pretty appalling. He also suggests that there are other Dominican restaurants around the area in which we can go to. Although the food was okay, the service was unacceptable. Customer service starts with from the top which is management and based on the manager’s response it goes to proof why their service is so poor and why you should chose and other Dominican restaurant that was suggested by the manager himself.

We adore this place! Great staff, Great food at good prices! Excelent atmosphere! We always request to sit close to the speakers; We love The music, the beers are always en su punto! sooo cold «vestiditas de novia» como nos gusta!
Andres fue nuestro primer waiter, he is our favorite person here! We’ve been there many times and we keep coming back; Andres nos hace sentir como en casa! Extremely polite, knowledgable and very friendly. Siempre pendiente, siempre sonriente!

I will put one for a reason, i disagree the service, one the server was over pushing the sale, 2) he put the tips include on the check, i hate that. 3)
30 dollars a pitcher of sangria is also too much he offer to use without telling how much it is .
Sad because food are pretty good … disappointed because the place warmly recommended by my best friend.

Amazing Dominican restaurant! Best Dominican restaurant I’ve been to outside DR, and I would know I was born and raised there. The food and service were fantastic! The restaurant is exceptionally clean the staff are very attentive and polite. They go out of their way to make your dinner special. The environment has music but is not loud just enough to enjoy as some Dominican restaurants are very loud. Here you can come enjoy the food, service, music and still manage to have a conversation. Now the food, OMG best I had the fried fish with mofongo, rice and bean… delicious the mofongo was divined. Recommend this restaurant you will enjoy it!

This place has the worst environment and the table setup is all diagonal and very bad when you are setting next to another group of people and the food is like you cooked it yourself because the food doesn’t taste amazing or good I ordered like a fried block of cheese with plantains and the cheese tastes like it came out of the freezer the waiters are very bad and don’t attend you well and the environment is like a club than a restaurant because it has very loud music and you can barely talk within your table and for the small amount of food you get it is very EXPENSIVE

The food was excellent and so was the service! I had the bandera Dominicana! Muy Buena y casera! The margarita de chinola on point! Yum!

Decided to try this restaurant today celebrating Dominican Independence, an amazing experience. Great food, excellent service, we had a good time. Now, Juan, was spectacular… if you visit, ask for him!

Yarumba is THE spot for Dominican food and all kinds of delicious mofongo. If you come, ask for Juan and just trust anything he offers you. He knows his stuff.
This is my second date night here this month.

I love MOFONGO with chicharron de pollo and also with pork chunks. It’s to die for. It is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend.

The food here is authentic and amazing!!! They give you pretty big portions as well so be prepared to eat! This place had the best margarita and mojito that I’ve ever tasted

Today was my first time there i had the «mofongo with chicharron de pollo» and it must be said WOOOOWWWZerS !
I am a huge food critic and my taste buds are on point. Let me get a amen for those that hate a mofongo done with «platano maduro» or barely any chicharron in it. This mofongo hands down by far the best ive had in FL (comparing to DR restaurants and washington heights food) guys when in FL you have got to eat here !

I’ve been to this location on several different occasions. Today, was the first time I came to eat. I came for lunch and had the Salmofongo. It’s Dominican food with a twist. Although, I won’t order it again It was pretty good, something different. My husband had the Churrasco with rice and beans. He also said it was good, but nothing extraordinary. Dominicans have the best beans by far, but this place is not the place to go to for that. However, that wouldn’t deter me from coming again to eat.
The waitress was great, friendly, quick and efficient.
The other time I came was for the nightclub. It was definitely a good time. The music, the crowd, and the service. I danced all night! The Dj caters to people of all nationalities so I loved that! I danced punta (a Honduran dance) if you’re not at a Central American club it’s hard to find somewhere else where that music is played. The crowd is a more mature crowd, with people from different nationalities. Parking wasn’t a problem since it’s right there in the plaza. VIP parking is only $ 10.
Whether, you go for lunch, dinner or a night out to dance you will enjoy Yarumba.
Pricing is reasonable.

This spot is the place if you want to Eat Dominican food and have a drink. The food is great and the music is on point. Being from NY I’m picky about my Dominican spots and this place is as close as it gets to NY. I’ve been there to Eat during the day and at night to party and always a good time, check it out. Just with it was closer to Kendall, maybe they’ll open up a spot this way.

Food is consistently delicious! Everything on the menu is sure enough to fill you up. Their plates are very flavorful. Great variety of natural juices. This place has been improving from when they opened. Nice clean bathrooms. The service is good depending on your server but I believe this will improve with time. Overall this is a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And a great place to Latin dance (I heard).

los precios que anuncian no son los correctos, no esta bien cobrar cualquier cosa y escusarse que el menu ha cambiado, porque el menu no cambio, siguen mostrando un precio y cobran otro.

In love with this place from their food to their setting.
Came here today-​mid afternoon, & I had their famous Mangu which brings boiled & smashed plantains, eggs, purple onions, fried cheese, avocado, & salami! Soo good!
Setting: Very modern, dark but soothing. You can bring groups, families, friends. It gets pretty packed at night. Also they have a big open bar
Service: the waitresses are so attending & kind. They’re always checking up on me to see if everything is okay, if I need or want something else.
They never fail to bring a smile to me or my tummy when I come here. This place is a MUST

Lovely atmosphere and excellent customer service with reasonable prices. That is it.
The food isn’t so great, they focus more on the presentation than the actual flavors. There’s a lot to choose from the menu but «Pechugas rellenas» was the only thing I actually enjoy, minding you my family and I order 6 different things to share. The ‘mofongo’ and ‘bistec’ my family order were just «okay,» nothing special. I definitely recommend the quipes. With that being said, probably won’t come back :/​maybe just to order quipes as take out.

Been here a few times, Service not good at all, disorganized, they dont care about the costumer, first time i told the waitress that i will leave the tip cash he told me that they couldn’t remove the tip from the bill, they charge 15% regardless of the service you will pay it, When a restaurant charge you 15% for service they should let you know in the menu or other way. Last time here i ordered a Sancocho dominicano tasteless, and meat taste like old or rotten i told the waitress i didn’t like it and ordered another plate, they charge me the frking soup, i paid for it, but you will not see me again, some food is good and i won’t deny it, BUT TOTALLY OVERPRICED, for that money i can eat a great dinner in a fancy place.
For me is a No No No!
