Denny’s

If I was allowed to rate no stars I would. I am in the establishment as I write this review and I have been standing here for 15 minutes waiting to place a take out order and so far no one has come to take my order. If it was the first time this happened it would be one thing but this has to be the third time… at least. Worst service and now I will be contacting corporate.

Terrible, Horrendous service. It was my first time there and it will be my lastThey need to better train their staff. The staff seems bias as to who they acknowledge as customers walk through the door and whose order they feel like taking. Rosalia the waitress I dealth with was dismissive, condescending and rude… never again

It’s best place to come after a night on the town. Of course no one wants to wait long to be seated or their order to be taken, but we weren’t in much of a rush. Service was pretty decent at the midnight hour although we did have to move to another spot since some exterminators were about to work. The food was okay. I settled for the appetizer sampler with chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and a cheese quesadilla with Mac n cheese on the side. However the next morning my stomach wasn’t too pleased, and my boyfriend had the same issue. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Really crowded at lunch and dinner time. Food is really good and authentic. If you a traveler, come at a different time to avoid the peak. Highly recommend. The second time I spent 30 min on walk. It worths it!

The service was not acceptable. The customer service is extremely bias. The wait for a host/​hostess is ridiculous. This place gives Dennys a bad name.

Terrible service. If you can avoid Tamara as a waitress, do so she will ignore you the entire time. She seems sweet but very inattentive, I didn’t get cutlery, water, and saw her a grand total of twice and I had to get another waitress to find her so I could get the check. The place was empty!
Two stars because the food was good and the place is clean and it looks like other tables got prompt service.

Complete disregard for incoming customers. Left the place without even having a waitress taking an order. They should reconsider the type of business they want to offer. Owner, do yourself a favor, fire or re-​train your staff on what is important.

Bad service, no one got what they wanted the same time. The food looked slopped together and the manger asked y we didn’t come to him from the beginning as if we didn’t try make them fix the problems but to no success. 3 strikes and there’s out. NEVER AGAIN

YUK! Eggs were old or spoiled, I spit them out. The next table over sent them back also. I couldn’t eat the rest of my breakfast. There were charred grill leftovers on my bacon and sausage. The waitress had a big mop of hair which was not tied back. Her fake eyelashes were falling off.
I don’t think there was a manager in the building, if so, omg.
Stay away.

Food is okay, the restaurant is clean, and never full with customers. The waiters are quite pleasant and friendly.

Worst service ever! There should be an option to give zero stars! My family and I were greeted by a nice young woman. We were sat down and waited over 15 minutes before we decided to leave. 3 other couples came in after us and the waitresses took the order immediately. I would never go there again or recommend anyone to go there!

After a long night of dancing my life away and probably indulging a tad too much in the forbidden drank, I’m most likely here. Truth be told you don’t come here sober or for a family outing, you come here, to this location roughly around 3 am to eat some breakfast laugh with friends and soak up some alcohol. You laugh at the awesomely bad company that comes in the door and the «Why is she wearing that?» moments. The service is slow but hey you’ve got no one waiting on you but your sweet sweet bed and a warm shower.
Its awesome, and I always order hot chocolate because I’m usually freezing Dennys is always cold.

Terrible experience every time. I only go when my family gets together. It’s always understaffed and the service is terrible.

Hey… It’s DENNY’s! Though the food is ok and the staff is slow, I’ve been a waitress myself and I worked for tips. They’re trying. I didn’t leave hungry but I wasn’t satisfied either. There are better places in the area

A few months ago I had family visiting and we decided to go to Calder Race Track on a Saturday afternoon (the thoroughbreds were running at Calder rather than Gulfstream during that time of the year). Just before we arrived at the track, we decided to hit this nearby Denny’s for a quick lunch on the way.
This is the first time in a very, very long time that I left a restaurant without leaving a single cent as a tip; It was that bad! Our food took 35 minutes or longer to be delivered, the waitress made mistakes on 2 of our 4 orders, side dishes had to be asked for repeatedly before they were delivered, etc.
Sadly, this place wasn’t even busy when we visited, either. I’d hate to think about what it would’ve been like to stop here at a really busy time or on football or baseball game day at nearby Joe Robbie/​Dolphin/​Marlins/​Landshark/​Sunlife Stadium!
