A 2 hour workout in 20 min, yup, it’s not a typo or a lie! I consider myself a fairly active and health conscious person. I’m always trying different workouts, yoga, spinning, crossfit, etc., so when I heard of the XBodyShaping workout from a friend, I was incredulous at first, but thought, first session is free, so why not? I must admit, the first time you put on the suit, it’s quite shocking! But Istvan was a great instructor! I have low back issues and he was very careful to cater the workout to what all women want to improve(gluts, legs and abs) without putting strain on my low back. The 20 min flew by! When it was over, I felt exhausted but great! The next couple of days I could feel every single muscle in my body aching! A sure sign that you had an amazing workout! I’ve been working out with Istvan for over a year now and I look and feel great! I spend less time in the gym and have more free time in my hands now! I recommend you try it at least once! You’ll get hooked! I know I did!

Amazing workout in record time! Super knowledgable and friendly trainer, this is something u can’t go wrong with. Every time i walk out of this place i feel like I’ve done a 2 hour full body workout and it only took 20 min. Starting to feel strong and tight after only a couple sessions :) this is defiantly a keeper.

In January 2013, I took on my new year’s resolution to get healthier and into better shape with XBody Shaping. The results have been amazing and this month will mark 1 year since I have started with the program. I am happy to share that I lost 3 inches off my waist, toned my muscles, lowered my cholesterol and most importantly, I feel great! Also, all my chronic back pains from years of standing while working has significantly improved. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical but once I tried this program and saw the results I was hooked! Not to mentioned that Istvan, the trainer doing this program, is an amazing person. He is the most personable and knowledge trainer I have ever encountered. He currently holds a master degree in Sports Science and is a former Olympic athlete who is very passionate about health and fitness. After of year of training, he still keeps me excited about doing the workouts, changes the routine constantly and continue to improve my overall physic. I’ve been very active within the fitness industry for 20 years and it takes a lot to impress me, but after one session with X Body Shaping, I was IMPRESSED! What used to take me 2 hours to do in the gym, I was able to do in one compact workout of 20 minutes and my muscles never reacted as quickly. I highly recommend you incorporate 1 – 2 weekly workouts into your regular training routine and you will not be disappointed.

This is awesome and ohhh wow expect to hurt but in a great way. You feel it. Such a cool technology and Istvan my trainer was so knowledgeable. The deep squats are amazing. Upper body tennis ball drills are challenging. If you’re too busy for a gym this is a fast 30 minutes and so intense.

I first tried Xbody a year ago. I was apprehensive at first. I’ve never believed in shortcuts. I thought the only way to really get a good workout was to spend hours in the gym. One workout with Xbody and I was sold. Don’t be mistaken. This workout is tough. But it’s super efficient and quick. Stimulating way more muscles than you do in a typical workout. I also was impressed with the amount of actual science behind the machine. This isn’t something dreamed up in someone’s garage. This science has been used in space to keep astronauts from losing muscle mass and to give trained athletes an edge over the competition. Overall, I’ve been very impressed with my gains and have found a great way to end the mundane exercise regimen.

Unbelievable!!! Tried it out for the first time yesterday and I was blown away. I run for an hour every day and workout with weights 4 x per week so I thought I was fit. ONE20 minute session with the machine and today I am SORE all over!!! That means it works!!! YAY!!! Love it and am going to continue faithfully with this program. Excellent and knowledgeable trainer took me through the process so it was enjoyable and the 20 minutes flew by!!! Highly recommend this!!!
