Uncomfortable store. No where to sit while waiting on others. Hard to maneuver with lay out of displays.

The selection is good/​ok but the employees aren’t very attentive if they do speak English. I asked the woman at the register if she could do a exchange online and then said my return wasn’t available online so when I went home I just bought it again.- it was available. Guess they didn’t feel like doing it.

I love this store. I have a very small bust and the girls her went out of their way to help me find the PERFECT bra for my wedding. I was to embarrassed to try on my bras but the girl in the fitting room put me at ease and I actually had FUN! I even bought a cute maroon bralette.
The store is two floors and both are in perfect order. Whenever I need a bra I will come here.

This store has it ALL. Lingerie, swim, an unbelievable amount of new cute PINK stuff, fragrances, bath and body care, cosmetics, sleep wear, work out gear. And everything here is arranged immaculately and they ALWAYS have my size (!). I live 2 doors down from this store, so every day I get to check the front signage and there’s always some amazing sale going on. The staff is super courteous, and they know my dog and I by name and am always treated very professionally. I just had a gift $ 15 promotion card, and spent a total of $ 1.05 and got three pair of cheekinis that usually cost $ 12 each! Plus, in the too floor near the register, there’s a sale rack of pink clothes that’s usually super inexpensive (think $ 8 for a shirt that was $ 25 at full price). I LOVE this store and am so happy I’m their neighbor!!!

The Victoria’s Secret located in Miami Beach is really cool because they have a ton of bright color options for their undergarments and swim suits. The store was clean and neat and the sales personnel were great! I wasn’t shopping for anything in particular, but just thought I’d check out the colors. South Beach colors are very vibrant and bold which is something that I don’t personally like, but it’s fun to look at. Great location too!

I was very disappointed with this store as soon as my sisters, mom and I walked up to the second floor. There was not one employee that asked us if we needed help yet one of the employees followed us around everywhere so closely. We received no customer service at all so I really wish there was a selection for no stars. We all wanted to purchase something but as we noticed the close supervision on us we decided that we rather spend our money elsewhere. That employee even asked another customer standing right next to us if she needed help with anything but completely ignored us. I will never come to this store again. We all felt extremely uncomfortable. Not pleased at all.

The manager named Alex was very rude and disrespectful. Total wannabe diva. Didn’t end up purchasing anything because of his attitude. Dude, you’re a manager at Victoria’s secret, get over yourself. He loudly said «WOW» as we walked away from him, because we just couldn’t deal anymore… very professional. Do yourself a favor and go to the Victoria’s Secret on Lincoln. Staff was MUCH nicer and helpful.

I mean, its expensive lingerie with beautiful models-​not much more to say here. Although it is nice they have two floors.

Everyone who knows me well knows I love Victoria’s Secret. I may not be able to buy their bras but I indulge in underwear, clothes and bathing suits. Since the only stores in Canada only sell their PINK line, I get excited crossing the border and shopping in store. Collins VS was no exception.
This store is 2 floors of delights. I was surprised for the amount of people in there that the store was absolutely impeccable. Not an underwear tray out of order. The way items are organized makes me envision my dream closet: everything in its own drawer with matching labels. I was able to find everything I was looking for in under 30 minutes.
My only issue was this one saleswoman who followed my friend and I around. Every time we were having a convo, she would pop up and try to tie our subject back to VS merchandise. Like Emilio in Mr. Deeds, her popping up just got really freaky after awhile.
The cashier helped me get 10% of my purchase so I walked out extremely happy – course I probably just «reinvested» that 10% in another store on Collins.
