It was last Saturday I went there and shopping for a friend’s wedding shoes. After I purchased a pair of shoes I asked the Latino lady helped me with my shoes earlier if I could get change from 20 dollars to one hundred bill for my friends wedding lucky money.(It is an asian thing) And what happens next is the latino girl who helped me earlier asked her manager(a black lady) to handle the money and guess what? SHEGIVESME A FAKE100BILL. I just purchased a pair of shoes from them and they are giving their customer a fake 100 bill for a wedding? TERRIBLE!!! Never go to that store ever again. CANTTRUSTSTORELIKETHIS. Trying to screw their customer over? HOPETHEMANAGERCANGETFIREDSOON

Terrible service. Tried to buy shoes while on vacation and walked out without purchasing what I had selected.

I went in on a Saturday so it was super crowded! My gf and I found a bunch of shoes on sale that we liked. It wasn’t too hard for us to get someone to help us, but we are very obvious when we like a pair of shoes and want to try it on. Just be a little aggressive and you’ll get your shoes! I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. I was slightly worried because I didn’t have room to pack them in my suitcase for the flight back home, but was relieved when the cashier told me I could get them shipped to my house for free! I got a pair of hot pink high heel sandals and a pair of blue and purple wedges for about $ 93 dollars. Awesome!

So I am apparently I am one of those dumb people who can lose a sandal during a car ride. Came in to get a new pair that would be stylish and comfortable, And just my luck found a pair and it was on sale. Picked it out, tried it on, she rang me up and I was on my way!

So, Aldo you are losing stars even though you are a prime location… I just went in to get some shoes, because I love the shoes, and NOONE would even LOOK at me. I walked out without being helped or acknowledged for about 15 minutes… with various pairs of shoes to try on in hand. I will go to the Aldo up the road from now on.

I walked into this store and was excited with the gorgeous array of shoes. As my friend and I walked around, eying shoes we wanted to try on, I noticed that 2 salespeople were walking around but NOONE stopped to help us. I eventually had to take the 2 shoes over to the cash and got him to look for them. As we sat waiting for him to come back, a sales woman(who had previously been dealing with 3 other customers) brought us several boxes and then walked off. I saw that only one of the 2 shoes I requested had been brought out. It took me 10 minutes to get her attention and she told me the other shoe wasn’t in my size. That bothered me that I had to flag her down in order to find that out. I was in love with the shoes I tried on from the first zip. I walked around and had my friend help me decide on purchasing it. The sales woman came in and out but was not around as much as we liked. I will give her credit that she did have other customers to deal with but there were other salesmen and I wondered why they weren’t doing anything. When the store emptied out, she did manage to give my friend and I a bit more attention. But by then, I was already to pay for my shoes. At the cash, the cashier(same one I went to get the shoes originally) let me know that he was going to «give» me some scuff pads to put on the bottom of my shoes so I wouldn’t slip. I thought that was so sweet, paid for my shoes and felt okay when leaving the store. When I got back to the hotel, I went over my receipts for the day. Apparently at THIS Aldo give=charge you for scuff pads. I was so annoyed by that on top of the intermittent service that I walked back to the store. I walked in and the salesman walked off when he realized I was there for a refund. I ignored him and went to the cash. Funny how my purchase went through fine, but to get a refund, I needed a manager for«approval». It took about 27 minutes and some unleashed frustration, but I got my refund along with several apologies from the manager. Needless to say, I’ll keep my Aldo purchases to THIS side of the border. The 2 stars are for the FIERCE shoes; the store gets zero, if it was possible.

Really 2.5 but due to the very nice associate helping me I bumped it up to a full three. This location is convenient, clean good size store. The service can be hit or miss. The shoes are of great quality and excellent styles. The problem I have is I found about four different pairs of shoes that I just had to have and as the nice gentleman checked in the backroom, woolah not one pair that I liked did they have in my size. O.K. I understand you might be out of one or two pairs but all four. What a disappointment. Normal size, that I guess is popular 7.5 but maybe they should bring more quantity in this location. So what could have been a nice sell for them, this time left with not one pair of shoes. The associate was very nice and even asked if I wanted him to call other locations. At this time I did not feel like driving to another location so went elsewhere. Lost sale, to bad. Their shoes are gorgeous, so of course will visit again. Just hope I do not experience this again.

I LOVE Aldo shoes. Let me start by saying that. Aldo has gorgeous shoes at pretty decent prices(MAX apx. $ 200). You just CAN’T go wrong! They are always up to date with the latest fashions and besides shoes, they also have the BEST accessories. LOVEALDO! Whoever designs for them is FAB!!! :) Oh, and the shoes are super comfy(and I ONLY rock SUPERTALL heels)!!! First, I haven’t been to another Aldo store, so I can’t compare… The South Beach store is great. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and attentive. The several times I have shopped here, I have always had a good experience. But the reason they are losing 2 stars is for lack of prompt service, which I believe is KEY in retail. I walked in with my friends on Saturday… I started walking around and scoping out all the shoes, and pretty quickly had 2 pairs in my hand to try on. I was disappointed because I had to go find a sales rep myself. No one came up to me. I HATE that. So after that initial encounter however, the sales rep stepped it up and was quite attentive. Seeing that we were serious shoppers, she then went over to help out the boy pick out his shoes. We walked out of there with 5 pairs of shoes combined, a belt, a bracelet, some sunglasses, and some new stockings. You would think they could have at least said«Hi» when we walked in, and maybe a «How can I help you». I will be back though… It’s conveniently close for me.
