Great drinks located inside the shellborne hotel in south beach. Grab a drink from the bar and have s sear with friends on the library adjacent from the bar top. Best drinks in south beach.

After reading some of the good reviews for this place our group decided to check it out. When we arrived we found an average hotel bar with very little ambiance, over priced drinks, and a pompous/​rude bartender. We should have left after first seeing there was only a few people there and listening to the cliché electronic music. Regretfully we decided to have a drink since we had already walked all the way there. It took a ridiculous amount of time for the bartender to pay attention to us even though he wasn’t that busy. He then proceeded to take an order from one of our group members, refuse to discuss what else they had available, and went on to neglect us for another ten minutes. Finally upon receiving a glass of wine and a seltzer water 25 minutes after arriving at this poorly run bar the main bartender insults me for not walking around the bar and reading what bottles they had displayed, states there is no menu and gets upset because I would no longer order a drink from him. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s ok. DJ starting at 10pm but in the hotel lobby essentially. Just lacking in overall vibe. Sat visit at 10pm.

Stopped in for a drink after dinner at Morimoto’s. Incredibly unique cocktail menu, and Jakob the bartender was doing some pretty incredible fire tricks — very interesting spot considering it was a quiet weekday evening!

Awesome. Great drinks. Better service. Flaming fireballs of 151 lighting up the air. Super cool. Not a hotel bar — think almost an ultra lounge, but all kinds of people. Tonight they are hosting a private function — last night too, and it cuts down on the seating but we were here early for pre-​club drinks and has a table no problem.
Bartenders remembered every drink we had the night before and came around from behind the bar to greet us.
Just a great place to hang, drink and hear some great music.

This is amazing. It is related to the bar in NYC called apothecary and has the same theme.
Drinks: Just try everything (or ask the bar tender for a suggestion). we had about 7 drinks between us and all were extremely well made (bar tender also has a strong hand). Each drink could be anywhere from $ 15 to $ 20 so be prepared to open your wallet.
Bar: there are seats at the bar and a lounge area right behind it. Not too large of an area. You can order drinks and bring them to the pool — the only difference is they give you a plastic cup instead of glass
Service: AMAZING — Ronald was amazing. He was very personable and made great drinks. We heard from other patrons and briefly saw their drinks/​fire show. Every bar tender does it differently, but it looked really cool.
If back in Miami, I would definitely come back to this bar

Jacob is a phenomenal mixologist! The vibe and service here are above and beyond. We celebrated my besties Bday in Miami and this place was our fav! Can’t wait to come back to the Drawing room! The drinks are delish and unique, and effort and craftsmanship are put into each cocktail! The bar tricks put Tom Cruise to shame, ha!

I love this place. It has a nice elegant décor, classy & comfortable. The staff is great. They took really good care of me and entertained me while I enjoyed sipping on my Saffron Sazerac. Nice tunes too.

I love this place! It is a must for the cocktail aficionado. Chris and the crew are well versed in traditional and creative cocktails alike. I can’t say enough about this place.

Very cool and posh new bar inside the shelborne hotel. I came here with a friend and was quite amused by the bartenders .they put up a show making nitrogen infused drinks and fire lit concoctions. I couldn’t catch the name of the main bartender but I heard he is world known.
He was kind enough to offer us champagne and seemed friendly and hospitable.
Def a cool spot to hang out prior to going dancing.

I was delighted to discover The Drawing Room last night. I’m a local & I think this may be my new hangout. Elegant but relaxing ambiance. Amazing, cleverly crafted cocktails. Impeccable, friendly bartenders. The bar food was delicious. The perfect place to bring your friends or a date.

I understand that you might be hesitant in checking out the Drawing Room because it’s part of a hotel, but wait until you go inside. Just having opened a little over a month ago this super cool lounge offers really crafty cocktails created by Albert Trummer. He is mixing up 10 secret herbal elixirs — like the Opium Essence and the Herbs & Oils from Ancient Italian Monasteries. He also has what he calls the Stress Reliever — the Gin & Tonic from the Market, which has Bombay Sapphire Gin, Herbal Bitterm and it’s infused with select herbs and cucumber. I’ll take two.
