They have recently become less and less reliable, not reachable or open during business hours, not following though on promises, I’ve been trying to collect the same order now for 10 days, hoping today is the day, that is if I can reach them or they actually open the store.

They do a good job with clothes but they have one major problem — they do not honor their hours. I have gone several times to drop off or pick up my clothes and they are not open. They are supposed to be open until 8pm but I went there on Friday at 6:30 and they were closed. They were supposed to be open today on a Sunday but they were closed at 2:40 pm. This is very frustrating as we all value our time. They need to be more professional and respect their customer’s time.

I would have got 0 stars if possible.
Last week I sent 3 bed sets (2 tween and one queen for a total of 3 bedspread, 3 bedsheets and 4 pillow case) and I was charger $ 120.
Thinking the bill I received was a mistake I called them, and the owner told me that $ 120 is absolutely correct and it is the price he charges for 3 bed sets ($ 40 each).
BE CAREFUL!
