Not nearly as big as the locations in the UK, of course, but happy that a few items I liked were here.
Items are comparable to Abercrombie & Fitch and fellow UK brand Jack Wills, and seem to be quite well made, which is reflected in the price.

The staff here are very welcoming and eager to help… I think they must be on commission at the checkouts as they were (playfully) arguing as to who got to serve us!

I tried to return their product to get a store credit but the manager reclined to do it. He even blamed the deceitful company’s return policy. Before you buy, you must check their return policy. Now i need to call the customer care department to get a store credit.

Pros: The boyfriend and I have matching Superdry jackets. They are the warmest jackets we have ever owned. I like the jackets’ slim profiles and detailing.
Cons: They’re jackets are awesome, but their clothes are only so so. Parking is difficult.

This store is one of my favorite. I came in to buy a jacket for my trip to new york, i got helped by a young lady, Maddy, she was really nice and funny. she helped me pick out the best jacket and convinced me to buy other things as well. I feel like i made a new friend, will be going there a lot more often.

First found out about superdry when I bought an awesome windbreaker jacket Black Friday weekend. Tonight I went back again as I saw they were having a sale. I walked out extremely pleased with my purchase thanks to awesome customer service and the killer deals.
Andrew and Diana were helping me throughout my entire visit, running back and forth checking for additional sizes, while juggling other customers. Having worked in retail I personally know the difficulties faced trying to accomplish multiple things at one time, but they never failed to help. Hands down one of the better retail stores on Lincoln Rd with awesome sales associates.

A nice layout with comfortable clothing. There are men’s and women’s options here with plenty of inventory to get what you need. The clothing feels almost like a mix between A & F and Y-​3. It is a Euro type fashion mixed with American sweaters. It is new to Lincoln Road, so I stopped in, but much of their clothing is winter clothing. Definitely not a targeted store for Miami residents. It looks like they are going after tourists. Their pricing is a bit higher than the average for what they are selling. All in all, a nice experience.
