Uh oh. I bought a Groupon here to entertain some out of town friends. When I called to make a reservation, a woman just said «hello.» When I asked if it was Sup SoBe, she said yes, but nothing was professional. She mumbled and was barely intelligible. She said everything was booked up for the weekend and I should call during the week to book an appt.
I asked to make an appt then (so I wouldn’t have to remember to call back) for 9am the following weekend. Long story short, she wasn’t having it. I’m so disappointed: this looked really fun. I should have checked Unilocal.
Miami is so unprofessional. Really sucks.

This was the worst experience ever. Don’t buy a deal or make an appointment here. We bought a deal made an appointment and she never showed or called us back. Very upsetting, because I was on vacation, it was my last day, and I wasted time and money on this. I was really looking forward to paddle boarding on my trip.

I had an amazing experience with SUP Sobe Paddleboard! Judith was extremely helpful with teaching us proper procedures as well as what channels to go through once we felt comfortable! My best friend and I had a blast all while relaxing and getting a great workout.

My first paddle boarding experience couldn’t have gotten any better. Judith showed me the ropes very quickly and we wasted no time on land. Awesome service, boards, and the weather was perfect, not to mention a great workout and location. I can’t wait to come back, especially for a sunrise session! Highly recommend!!!
