Gold Card Member Service. Not so much the amenities.
Starbucks has always been my go-​to for everything from my afternoon pick-​me-​up, a quick bite to eat to working on my laptop with that quintessential coffee shop ambiance in the background.
I was extremely disappointed to find that this location had no outlets available to customers throughout the entire store.
I would not recommend this location of you’d like to sit down for a while to work on your laptop, or to juice up your phone before/​after hitting the beach. People walk into the store and search for outlets — it takes a minute or so before they realize they’re out of luck. I hope Starbucks changes this soon — it’s a huge bummer not being able to sit and enjoy my coffee while getting work done like I do at all the other Starbucks locations I’ve been to.

Overall an OK Starbucks experience but power outlets just doesn’t work. Any of them. So if you need a quick bump to your laptop’s battery you’re out of luck in here. Managers should understand many people rely on coffee shops to sit down for a while and get some urgent tasks done on their devices, so no power is just unaceptable.

North Miami Beach, FL
One of the best Starbucks locations that I have been to. The overall space is amazing, there are many chairs and tables, free wifi and outdoor seats. The only reason why they did not get 5 stars is because the store manager was rude to me and my friends on our last visit there. I’m not sure if he is still there, but I’d much rather walk to the starbucks at the end of the block than have to deal with that guy again. Other than that great place and quick service!

Service is super friendly and fast, the location is awesome and the size too. They have teavanna tea now (delicious) but unfortunately the maintenance of the restaurant is pretty bad. Looks like it was abandoned torn sofas and dirty chairs and tables, not very hygienic to stay sit down and drink or eat anything in there and/​or at the outside tables :(

STARBUCKS RESERVE! Food and wine after 5 pm!
Other than that, this is your typical Starbucks establishment where lines are long for the counter and the bathroom due to its central location at Lincoln Road Mall. Drinks taste as it should. Cashiers are very helpful in presenting drink selections to you. Ample seating for everyone and their kids indoor and out. Tables were clean which is a huge plus.
Two downfalls are that I didn’t hear my name called even though I was sitting around the corner from the barista and the AC was on full blast inside even though it was below 70 outside.

Worst customer service and literally had to watch the barista make over 20 drinks before ours. I’m mind blown at the moment. Such sass coming from the employees too. Customers absorb the energy from the staff and today’s crew gets a bad mark. I hate giving one star but that’s all this place deserves today. And in a busy area like this? No excuse.

This particular Starbucks always has a fast moving line. JORDAN is on point with everything. Great with every customer that walks through those doors (even the ratchet ones) and his coffee is always fresh and hot. Major props to this Starbucks and its amazing staff!!!

Did not make the java mocha frappacino right way. It also had no taste. One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The barista said the java mocha was supposed to be a light color which is not true. I’ve ordered the java mocha frappacino in other Starbucks and it’s also been a darker color.

The quality of this Starbucks really depends on the day. Some of the staff are awesome, quick and really know what they’re doing. Some of the staff are so slow that it’s painful. I’m really not sure if it’s because they’re new or they just suck. But today I went in and had to repeat my order 5 times and the cashier still got it wrong. She even told me there wasn’t anything such as a strawberry and cream frap, so I had to tell her to look at the the menu. Her coworker came and had to show her what it was. Even her co-​worker looked annoyed. Sometimes you’re waiting forever, sometimes you’re out in a minute. This Starbucks is a real hit or miss. But this one guy who works there is bomb and should be promoted.

Just ordered a ice coffee to only have them tell me we are out… Blank stare !! Out of ice coffee on the beach in the Summer! ok well can you make me sum I ask. No I was told them I had to tell the the gentleman behind the counter how to make it if your out of the pre made kind. Unhappy with the service here! He was to interested in the young lady wearing the bikini! Very disappointed with the service !!

Lot of great memories in the Starbucks. This used to bee the See Music location. The store has since been renovated and halved in size.
Still good serving the throngs of tourists and locals on Lincoln Rd.

The service is friendly and super-​fast. No complaints as it comes to staff.
Outside tables unfortunately can be pretty dirty as well as sparse. That’s Lincoln Rd for you, I guess. Always crazy busy and the crowd can be rude and snooty. Everybody just needs to get over how fashionable they think they are.

Absolutely the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. No wonder a line builds up for this location, I literally waited 10 minutes before they even got to making my trenta green iced tea. If it weren’t for the location, I’m sure it would go out of business.
They only had one person making the drinks and she was slower than molasses. Very frustrating as a starbucks lover to have such an experience.

Ehhh, Starbucks is Starbucks. It’s hard for me to write a review about a Venti Iced Coffee, but that’s all I drink. Unsweetened please. I don’t drink the over sweetened Carmel Latte Mochachino thingys, I don’t know how to drink hot coffee in hot weather anyways.
I was hoping they would offer those Cuban Colada shots here, it is Miami and all. Get with it Starbucks.
