I went in for a pair of vans and the man tried sending me out with the entire store! A tall man with blonde hair helped me, didn’t catch his name but oh my. Looked to be too old to work there compared to the rest of the staff, so I’m assuming that I was dealing with the manager, which gives me even less hope in this store. Tried selling me socks, shirts, just about anything I glanced at for even a moment. He tried to make a joke of it, but he clearly has a sales goal to make that is more important than his customer’s experience. On top of that, after I felt uncomfortable I told him I needed to think about it and he assured me that I needed to buy them RIGHT NOW or they’d be gone when I came back. So pressuring, try putting a little character into your job! We are people, not ATMs. This is the second terrible experience I’ve had here, and I’ve found equal to better quality on Lincoln road. Don’t waste your time.

The staff was wonderful, professional and friendly. I was looking at buying a pair of the new Converse rain boots but they no longer sell them in the store but only online. They helped me out and was able to use my military discount for my purchase. I cant wait to shop here again.

I came in here today looking for a backpack that I spotted online. I was shocked to see that they had more inventory then what was displayed online. The woman who helped me was very polity and pulled down every bag I inquired about (they are all hanging on the wall) my only complaint is that the other employes were speaking very loudly about their personal lives and seemed less then interested in helping the other customers in the store. If I would have be one of those «other» customers not receiving help I would have given one star but the service I was given was exceptional. I will update my next visit.

The service in here is terrible, the skinny Latin women is so unprofessional and rude smh
