awesome customer service! I needed a quick turnaround in some laundry and he went out of his way to accommodate me, even staying late to get it done. very courteous and very professional.

Awful. They really screwed us over by not having pants ready when they said they would and then had the nerve to charge us for it. I needed the pants for a wedding and ended up having to spend time while traveling and buy new ones. Not only did I have to buy new ones, we wasted precious sightseeing time on our trip shopping. They have no basic understanding of business or customer value. We’ll never go there again. Heed the warnings in these reviews and skip this place.
