Another place that the people need to come to NJ and open up a spot. You’ll be closer to NYC than being in Orlando! Think about it haha. The food here is amazing it’s just the wait that kills ! I was in a group of 5 and we each ordered individually. I ordered a ham egg and American cheese on a scooped out bagel with mayo. Felt like I waited 30 min for it because I was starving but it probably was 15 min. BUT look at the picture! The amount of cheese is to die for. Cheesy gold ! Cheese heaven! Cheese-o-mity!!! Even the folds in the meat had cheese! Did I emphasize enough! I love cheese so this sandwich was perfect. Literally perfect ! The eggs were cooked perfectly ! Even a little moist. Oh man I’m salivating! The bagels are freshly made. You see the guy coming out with fresh bagels! Smells good. I tried an acai berry smoothie and it was good. Very fresh and not sugary. Yum.

New York Bagels was clean and organized. Plenty of menu’s to help you make a preferred selection. Many different tasty bagel sandwiches and juices. Prices are reasonable. I placed my order. I decided on the Italian egg sandwich and the kind person taking my order recommended the Rosemary bagel. It was an excellent choice. It made a big difference. Sandwich prepared fresh while you wait which wasn’t too long. Sat outside to catch some rays, so she delivered the sandwich to my table. Loved the entire service and the sandwich was delicious. I would definitely come back on my next Miami trip.

Food was OK but service very, very slow. And the staff has an attitude. Sarcastic. Be careful with them. Sorry to be negative. Good variety of bagels, at least.

This place fucking sucks don’t go here. Our bagels were really gross and salty, the turkey on my sandwich tasted like deli meat that you leave in the fridge for too long. They somehow screwed up my girlfriends bagel with veggie cream cheese, which was runny, and the fruit cup was mushy. Driving home just really hoping I didn’t get food poisoning.

We visit South BEach and Sunny Isles a few times a year and we come to eat at Ny Bagels a few times we are here. Great food great service great location and lots of room to eat in or to take Togo and go by the beach and eat. A must for everyone that likes bagels. My favorite is the tuna sandwich. A+++.

Usually when something goes wrong with a server or service inside any type of restaurant, you reach out to a manager hoping there could be a solution to the issue. Never in my life have I ever had such bad, non accommodating service! I waited 2 hours for my delivery for the own manager to tell me he refused to deliver my food. At exactly 12:30PM I called, placed my order. They called me @1:20 telling me the delivery man was outside. I went, no one was there. He had apparently been there for about 20 minutes yet no one called my cell phone therefore how am I suppose to know? So, he left. They told me they were going to send the delivery man back to my apartment to drop off the food. I CLARIFIED that they had the correct number. Mind you, this is the SECOND time I call for delivery and they do not get my phone number correct. It is now 2:13PM and I notice it’s taking another extra 30 minutes so I decide to call again & the manager of this place has the nerve to tell me he refuses to deliver my food! After waiting 2WHOLEHOURS!!! And this is what he said«I’m not driving back over there. I told you I was going back to deliver your food, you could’ve at least waited outside.» HOWPATHETICISTHAT!!! I don’t know how delivery works for this company but from what I know, they are suppose to call me when they are outside which is why I even clarified my number. He expected me to wait outside till he got there and didn’t even bother calling when he saw I wasn’t outside. Told me «Ma’am, continue to order from other delivery places but don’t order anymore from here, I will take the loss.» When all I wanted was my food, especially after waiting 2 hours. I’m not one to complain and go overboard with things like this, but this was just the upmost worst service ever! If you read everyone else comments there are 2 main things about this place. 1– they cannot write down phone numbers, CC numbers, or orders because they usually get it wrong 2– there is no professionalism whatsoever and everyone is just plain rude, including the manager who should be setting standards and leading by example Overall, worst customer service EVER!!! & it’s so Sad, because the bagels are great.

Here in Miami for Art Week. Stopped by this spot the day before & today on the way to Miami Project. The 1st day was okay, yummy bagel sandwiches, I’ll give them that… deplorable customer service, not to mention it takes roughly 45 minutes to get your food after ordering. *They are in no rush or really care all that much to serve you. On my visit today however – OHMYGOSH… I don’t care how okay the bagels are… and they’re not spectacular to begin with, but DEFINITELY not worth the wait & terrible – I mean TERRIBLE customer service. The main lady behind the counter is beyond rude, ignores the fact there’s a line out the door, didn’t acknowledge our existence going on 10 minutes meanwhile everyone in line is like«what the hell?» All the while we’re smiling at her & everyone else behind the counter wondering what the heck is going on. We ended up just walking out after, I kid you not, 10 minutes of being completely ignored whilst waiting to order. Guessing the only reason this place is ever busy is due to the fact that THERE’S NOTHINGELSE in walking or driving distance, for that matter. I’d rather go hungry or eat out of a trash bin than go back to this terribly staffed & service slower than molasses spot EVERAGAIN! Shame on you, New York Bagels!!!

The food is not bad, but way over-priced and the BAD service makes it a BAD experience. Their line to order and pay is super disorganized. «If» you get to order, and«if» you get your food, and«if» someone does not scold you for ordering incorrectly, the bagels are not bad. But there are so many more organized places to eat that NY Bagels is not worth the headache. Improve your counter area, get a system to take orders — please. I have been there four times and two of those four times I walked out without even having a chance to order. There will not be a fifth time.

NY Deli & Bagel is so addicting! I always stop here after I go on runs on the beach! The smoothies & juices are so fresh! I absolutely love the falafel burger, they have great veggie options! I also like the bagels and the homemade veggie spread! The salads are also delicious. They have really big portions. They took my order fast, and the owner or manager at the cash register was fast and efficient! I always bring my out of town friends here and always recommend it! Way to go NY Deli & Bagel!

Worse customer experience!!! A delivery takes up to an hour for a egg and cheese bagel and coffee, which by the way is only filled half through the cup. The manager is a complete moron that had zero clue of what servicing a client is. And what can I say about the employees of the manager has that type of caliber. The lady that took my order couldn’t even get the card number correct! Even though, this business is pretty successful on its own– I will not be ordering from here AGAIN! RESPONSE to «Nir» Thank you for being responsive to Unilocal, maybe you should your Phones the same attention. 1– I was told 30 – 45 mins and your track record is roughly 30 mins. 2– At no point did I accuse anyone of your employees of drinking my coffee. As far as the Cappuccino, proves a good point: I ordered a Café con leche. 3– «Declined CC» Ha! I really DOUBT that. If you would actually pay close attention when receiving orders, you would’ve gotten the CC # correct. Once again thank you for the subpar service.

This place is sad. The food is actually good. Way overpriced but good. Tuna sandwich on bagel and diet coke is $ 17.00 . The problem is the owners. They are so rude to people. I have been there multiple times and never had a good experience. The workers behind the counter seem nice. But you will straight up be ignored by the owners who ring you up. Why do people go here you ask– it’s sad, it’s like a bagel monopoly. There is no other bagel place in the area. Please, someone from jersey move down and put these people out of business or at least teach them what customer service is suppose to be like.

This place seems successful in spite of itself. Stopped in here for a bagel and coffee. The menu is vast with lots of options beyond the typical bagel. Place was busy with lots of customers coming and going. Food and smoothies looked good. The service and customer experience left much to be desired hence the 1 star rating and review. What a disorganized ordering and customer service experience. It was a mess. This was my first time and I had no idea where or with whom to order. No one said hello or if they could take my order even though there were 10 people behind the counter and 2 people in line. No sign even telling me where to place an order. This just comes down to poor customer service training and no standard for how to greet and service customers. It’s just kind of a free for all. Makes for a really awkward customer experience Once you do order Someone writes your order down on a piece of paper then gives it back to you to give to the cashier? Why can’t she just hand it to the guy since he’s right next to her. What other food service experience does this? Come on people. This is silly. The interior is unremarkable and seems they couldn’t decide if they want to be a café, bagel shop, or mini mart so they went with all 3. A customer walked in and said wow«looks so much better than before» apparently they had just remodeled. Yikes, that’s scary. Highlights from my brief visit: One of the ladies working there was walking around dropping f-bombs while training another employee. «I don’t do much so I don’t know why they have me training anybody» was one of her gems of wisdom offered. Someone didn’t like their smoothie and so she told her«I didn’t make your smoothie.» Wow really? Girls making orders bring your food to your table hair net, apron gloves and all. First, it Just doesn’t look good and second it’s not sanitary. I Saw a cook take a picture for a table of customers while I was there. It was a very nice gesture but think about it. she’s going out to the dinning area touching some random guys phone then heading back and making me another bagel sandwich? Will she change her gloves? Who knows? It’s a mystery. No thanks, Keep the cooks in the kitchen people. You Need to really rethink this. Flies had taken over the dinning room. Lots of confusion on the part of customers and those serving them. With No numbering or announcement of names typically seen in these kind of operations it’s easy to see why. Place needs to rethink the logistics of how food goes from order to table vs. takeout. This isn’t rocket science people. I develop brands and customer experiences for a living. I just shake my head when I visit places like this. I don’t usually write reviews but I couldn’t help myself on this one. This NY bagel deli and juice concept could be very cool but it’s just not executed well and it’s poorly ran. And there seems to be no standard systems in place. It’s a mess. The food is good so they’ll probably stay in business but it’s a lost opportunity and not very professionally ran. Unfortunately, I see this way too much in Miami.

The chicken Cesar salad had wonderful dressing !! Squirt the lime and orange juice on top. They do give you LOTS of chicken and I wish there was more greens, but that’s okay. $ 9.99 for the small.

I came here every morning to get my breakfast while I stayed in Miami for a few days. Service is great. Easy order and there is a small dining area in the back — ACd. May the only thing to add to that delicious menu is fresh brewed iced tea. Love all their choices. Am from New York– they have a sample selection in the am w spread for u to try. I love the guys and ladies behind the counter. They are quick!

I came to NY Bagels upon recommendation. I called ahead, hoping I would receive my bagels in a more timely fashion. This was false. When I got there, approximately 10 minutes later, my two bagels were not ready. And, I must emphasize I did not have a very complicated order. Also, when I got there there was a crying toddler girl in the arms of the cashier. Additionally, it was frustrating that NY Bagels does not serve eggs any style, they only serve scrambled eggs. I asked if this was because they use fake eggs and they said no. This still sounds a little sketchy to me. So, instead of my usual order I got a multi berry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a side of lox. The bagel was sweet, fluffy and delicious. But, the lox is not under a clear counter, like the way most Delis present it. The cream cheese selections were not on display either, which I didn’t like. Overall, the bagel was as good as real New York bagel. But, I would only come again for a simple bagel order, not if I want a real breakfast meal.

Great place to drop in and grab and authentic New York style bagel and coffee. The bagels were super fresh and doughy! They also have a nice coffee bar so you can make your cup o’ joe however you want. Plenty of seating as well which is a plus.

Seriousely the people that take your orders nd make your sandwich/bagels are bunch of zombies. How hard is it to put a cream cheese on a bagel? Every single time they get an order wrong. You ask them to double toast the bagel– they ignore it, you lucky if bagel is toasted once. You ask for roasted pepper cream cheese they put some random other cream chese on, you tell them the Oder is «for here» they pack it «to go». Last time cream cheese tasted sour and looked like it was left out for days. It was gross I had to throw my bagel in trash. Acai bowl was melted and almost warm. I had great bagels couple times before but I’m about to give up trying my luck. Gonna go to Einstein Bagels next time.
