I visited this pizza joint one late night after coming back from the club and let’s just say the cheese pizza was my happy ending for another hot night in MIA! The pizza was freshly made and the taste was so authentic like real New York Style pizza! The service was fast and the location was really convenient to my hotel. Unilocal,I’ll definitely be back tonight after the club for some more hot cheesy goodness!

Literally I never write a review but he was so nice to us I have to. We were so hungry at 4 AM when they were closing and Dan was manning the business and he gave us garlic knots and a Stromboli! Thank you, Dan. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

The pizza was awesome, great flavor, huge slices! The owner was hilarious and very entertaining. He had a story for just about everything. The meat lovers pizza was really good and the flavor reminded me of when I had pizza in New York a long time ago. When I go back to Miami I will definitely be eating here again

Not sure how the ratings are so high, but I was thoroughly disappointed. We paid $ 30 with tax/​tip/​delivery for the supreme (I had my side vegetarian and my guy had his side with meat) and I had one slice and one slice and one slice only. It was not good to me as the sauce was bitter. My guy said his side of the pizza was «edible». We are out-​of-​towners, so we won’t be patronizing this place when we come back. Customer service was good, though!

Pizza is amazing, owner actually cooked us a fresh pie right on the spot! It’s huge and delicious! Owner took care of us and was super personable and sweet! They’re open til 6am on the weekends so it’s a great spot for late night munchies!

Was in town and wanted to get a few larges for the game. Their website says it’s open on Mondays yet when I got there it was closed. Wasted my time… PLEASE UPDATE THE SITE.
I will give them a 3 star for that and update next time I’m visiting.

Mom’s had good NY slice of pizza. I had the cheese and it was good. Not be best NY pizza I’ve ever had, but it was still good. Honestly, the food options on our trip to this area were quite disappointing, so I welcomed something that wasn’t bad. :) The guy at the shop is very New York. Kind of curt… like, «whaddya want?» It was fine for being in and outta the place.
FYI — this place has no seating. Also, they’re closed on Mondays and Unilocal is not updated with that hours information.

We enjoyed visiting with Phil, while he prepared our pizza, so much that we decided to eat there while we finished our conversations. The pizza, pinwheels & garlic knots were AMAZING!

Love this mom and pops shop! Small little joint with big slices. The gentlemen that helped us informed us that it was only him and it happened to be his first day there but the quality in the pizza was amazing! He was nice enough to accommodate everything we wanted (like adding pepperoni on the cheese since he didn’t have the pepperoni pizza) and took the time to talk to us while the pizza was being toasted. Another plus with the service was the fact that they didn’t take our money till we had finished eating even with outside area for you to eat. I like the trust in the customers. On to the pizza, the slices were huge! Covered up two plates. the sauce on the pizza was light but with bursts of flavors, pepperoni tasted fresh and the pizza had the right crunch to it!
Me and my boyfriend are sad that we tried it on our last day in Miami! With the great service and awesome flavorful pizza, we would’ve been regulars even on our short visit.

Great pizza! The garlic rolls are delicious as well. The slices are huge and the price is very reasonable. My wife and I were looking for a place to eat in Miami Beach while staying here. Luckily this was just around the corner from the apartment where we were staying. Highly recommended if you are looking for reasonably priced food on Miami Beach. Don’t be discouraged by the luke warm appearance, they put it in the oven and make it all warm and toasty as if they just cooked you a perfect slice.

Moms was not as great as I remember
Wish I could go back in time. The service was fine but if you do not know what the old Moms was like you can’t miss what you never had. Just a cracker with a big cracker crust n a little sauce n cheese

Solid slice of NY style pizza. Comes out piping hot, is nice and thin with a good layer of cheese, and the slice is about 1.5 the size of a regular large slice.
This pizza shop is just a small storefront though with a small bar with 4 seats to at. Or you could sit on the steps in front to eat your slice.
Oh, and we had this slice for lunch, not as a 3AM post partying snack, so I feel my review is fair and not influenced from a tiredness and drunkenness.
