A Disgrace to McDonald’s Brand — Worse Visit Ever.
My boyfriend and I stopped here for a bite after a 5-​mile hike on the beach. We were sorry.
The manager that took our order forgot my sundae and made me wait until he had no one in his line before he’d re-​take my sundae order. Then he made me wait until they had filled all orders before me before he’d made my sundae. Bad customer service: If you mess up, you fix it right away.
Our hamburgers were cold. I mean COLD — as if they had never been heated up. The buns hadn’t been steamed either, just taken out of the package. There was one little pickle and a spot of ketchup on my sandwich. Nothing else.
The fries were cold, missing salt, and saturated in grease.
My sundae wasn’t much of a sundae. The cup was half-​filled with just a dollop of chocolate. The pack of peanuts I was given was split open.
Our two cokes had obviously been put in the cups some time ago and sat there. The ice had melted so our drinks were just brown water.
This busy place in the heart of Miami Beach’s heavily-​trafficked tourist area is truly a disgrace to McDonald’s brand.

Free wifi. Rather clean considering the volume of customers.
Service is painfully slow though. We waited to place the order and waited for 15 more minutes for the food. There was a mistake — I didn’t ask them to correct this, not willing to wait anymore.

McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food right? In the numerous times I’ve been here, it’s always been slow, less than clean and the service is unorganized and inconsistent. Food is served more warm than hot and the fries are always cold and never full. U buy a large and the container is always half full.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If I could’ve posted this without any stars, I would’ve. Everyone who works here are the stupidest people I have ever encountered. I told them that the girls restroom had no soap and when I told the worker, she responded «no soap. No soap.» So I asked how the female workers washed their hands, she said «no soap.» I told the workers the men’s restroom was locked and they didn’t do anything about it. They kept fucking up our order. This is the place who hires workers who can’t do anything else with their lives.

Sunday 6 pm only one cashier one girl who brings order one in kitchen line out till street the management of this one is a total disaster since they remodeled, sales at mc Donald’s are down 30% in usa no wonder not only is the food horrible (I only like the shakes and ice cream there for a burger I go elsewhere) now the service is non existent !!! Nice location so.

Location is nice and clean. Food was served hot however you have to wait in line to pick up your order and people are standing over your food. The team members are very rude and hard to understand. They are very impatient when speaking in their 2^nd language and you question them. I know Miami has a lot different nationalities but rude is rude in all languages.

Needed to use the WiFi and was a little hunger so McDonald’s was convenient. Management needs to step it up there. Training, training and training. Most of the cashiers are all chewing gum, handed me my receipt and said, «Thanks dude.» Tough location for sure but teach them something. The young staff will appreciate it in the end. Busy as always and the staff was knocking it out. Food was as expected but had better salads at other busy locations. 1.5 stars

I thought McDonald’s made ordering as easy as possible, but make sure you check your order before you leave if it’s a «to go» order. Ordered and #2 — two cheeseburgers meal with a lemonade. Received — one, double cheeseburger with a coke. #FAIL

Unacceptable that there is not a single person who speaks english to take your order. Unacceptable in America and unacceptable in an area with many international tourists that need to communicate in english. If I were the owner of this franchise I would be ashamed

Dropped in during Thanksgiving weekend. This location is ground zero on the tourist map, at the entrance to the mobbed Lincoln Road pedestrian mall that runs west from Washington Avenue for several blocks.
Nearly every seat in the large dining area was filled. Short line at cashier moved along quickly by the pleasant staff. Got my order in less than two minutes, then grabbed a window seat to watch the sea of humanity swirling about. Least expensive dining option on Miami Beach.
