Me atendieron unos chicos re lindos, y obvio me hice la linda tambien y me terminaron regalando bocha de free gifts.
Me llevé el Body Fuel para la ducha y la Ultra Facial Cream. Son mis básicos que tengo que tener siempre.
El jabon de ducha es energizante. Tiene de todo y te deja muy arriba la piel. Tiene Mentol, Zinc, Cafeina, vitamina C y E. Y eso que no se come. Quedás re chongo después de bañarte con esto.
La crema facial tiene la consistencia perfecta. Se absorbe al toque y es perfecta para el verano. En invierno te podes poner una mas espesa, pero te imaginas con calor… otra que la muerte le sienta bien.
Las muestras gratis eran body scrub, face wash y un par de cosas más que ahora que las probé las quiero todas.

Wow Jesse was amazing! I go in here about every month and buy the same two bottles of Cologne. But this time I went by and he was my cashier. (I’m usually quick and very short) buthe took his time and asked me what products I like and use and he also informed me of some other services I was t aware of… wow give this guy an A +

I am giving 1 star because they do not stand by their Return Policy. On their receipt, it states «Should you purchase anything from a Kiehl’s store that is displeasing to you, you may return your product for a full refund. We respectfully request that the return be accompanied by the original sales receipt and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.» It also states, «See healthier revitalized skin in 28 days. Guaranteed or your money back!»
One of the reasons I was drawn to Kiehl’s is because if I did not like any of their products I could shop in confidence because they have a generous return policy. Well, this is not true I am here to tell you!
Hmmm… can someone tell me how you can see healthier skin in 28 days by using the product but if it’s ‘displeasing’ to you and want to return it, how it is possible to return a full bottle? You cant resell it, right? Makes no sense. It’s nonsense!
Because I live 300 miles away, I shipped 2 of the 3 products back that I did not like. The store so far is refusing to issue a credit even though I paid $ 10 to ship the product back to them. They require the bottle to be at least ¾ full for some reason.
With any skin care product, it takes time to understand how it effects your skin and how you respond to it. The eye cream made my eyes water very bad especially at night and the «cologne» which was sold to me as a «room spray» was very weak, so weak that 20 minutes after spraying it I could no longer smell the perfume.
So I asked for a refund within the 28 days I’m given to use the product, just as the receipt says.
So far they are refusing to issue me a credit even though I gave them a copy of the original sales receipt and emailed the sales associate my card information.
Very poor customer service and I won’t ever go back to this store. Update your receipt to say «please return any unused portion of the product» for a full refund or something. But, don’t scam your loyal clients out of a refund you have promised if we are not happy with your products

I stopped in to buy the Crème de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Body Butter… I’m in love with how silky it feels on my skin. It smells wonderful, like sugar cookies. It takes a few minutes to absorb into your skin and the oily feeling goes away, but when it does my skin feels like silk. $ 36.00 for the 8oz jar.

I have been using Kiehl’s products for years now and for many of those years, I’ve been purchasing it from the Lincoln Road, Miami Beach location. I only have GREAT things to say about this store. The staff is well trained and inform on the product. I have always received the most amazing customer care and attention. And the product is hands down one of the best I’ve every used. It took me a years to weed through all of the skin care products that are out there, but once I did, I became a Kieh’s client for life. And if I may suggest a product, the Midnight Recovery Concentrate works wonders!

Love Kiehl’s. This is a great location in the heart of Lincoln Road. Wish there were more shops like this in the area.

In the last year, I have been on an airplane about forty times. It’s part of my deal, and I accept it. What I won’t accept, though, is having more bags under my eyes than in the overhead bin. Cue– Kiehl’s Eye Alert.
This review will end up being about Kiehl’s, and their Lincoln Road location in particular, but it’s inspired by my love for this one product. A quick search of «Kiehl’s Eye Alert» on Google will show you many user reviews, both for and against, of this product. I’ve noticed a marked difference in the darkness and puffiness under my eyes since I started using this product a few years ago. It only comes in a small tube (out of stock at the Lincoln Road store as of 8÷1÷10) so it poses no terrorism threat on airplanes. Can you imagine…“Everyone be quiet and sit down, or I will wipe those dark circles right of off your freedom-​lovin faces!!”.
The Lincoln Road/​South Beach Kiehl’s is crisp and welcoming. The experts working in the store are always helpful without seeming bothered or intrusive, and on a good day, very very liberal with the samples. Don’t be afraid to ask for a sample of a product. If a pre-​packaged sample exists, they will give you one. If not, they are equipped to make you a to-​go sample of any product. Honestly, I can make a sample of Eye Alert last for a week!
This location does a wonderful job of being inviting from the minute you walk in and especially of keeping the customer aware and informed of the newest products and their benefits.
If you’re already a Kiehl’s user, you’re likely already familiar with this store, sandwiched on a strip of stores selling God-​awful costume jewels in bulk and huge disgusting plates of lobsters resting on charred steaks.
If you’re a Kiehl’s virgin, go visit their informative website, read some celebrity testimonials online, and get those racoon eyes down to Lincoln Road.

At the door is the promise,“Healthier Skin in 30 days or your money back!” it’s been 6 years and my skin couldn’t be happier.

Kiehl’s products are great, no question about it. This review, however, is specific to the store, and my experience there was underwhelming to say the least.
On my recent visit, the store was empty with the exception of our family and one other customer. The flamboyant male sales clerk was more intent on checking up on his thinning hair in the mirror than paying attention to us and answer any question we may have had. Once we managed to grab his attention, things didn’t get much better with this stand-​offish attitude, which is something I had never seen at other Kiehl stores before. For a second I thought I was in the Buckingham Palace. After purchasing over $ 200 worth of products, he didn’t even offer samples to try. I know from other stores and online, that it’s more or less customary to offer these to all paying customers.
In the end, we managed to get some samples after all. To do so, however, we had to buy products where the price was mislabled on their entire set of the item we bought, including those still left on the shelf. When inquiring about it, the dry response was that the price on the sticker was simply wrong. Being there with family, I was in no mood to argue, but needless to say, from now on, I will only go the store on Lincoln Road to check out and try the products. My purchasing will take place online.

From a «guy’s guy» point of view — -Gentlemen, there is nothing «unmanly» about taking care of yourself, and this store serves high quality personal products, including several product lines devoted for mens’ shaving and other needs. By and far many of the skin products are universal and extremely effective.
If you are unsure of how an item may work, ask for a free sample, take it home and try it — you can always purchase it online – and you get free shipping if you spend $ 50 or more, which is easy to do. Although the products are pricey, sometimes you actually get what you pay for.
So men… put on the mud mask, turn on the Sunday football game and pop a cold one. Just don’t forget to rinse your face off at the end of the first quarter.

I love popping in to the Kiehl’s store when I’m out and about on Lincoln Road, whether it’s to get a little lotion fix, or to check out the new scents they’re offering on their classic products.
On my most recent visit, however, I went in with a real intent to purchase. I was in desperate need of a new and amazing eye makeup remover. Lucky for me, Kiehl’s and their amazing staff came to my rescue! As soon as a I felt the silky-​smoothness of their Supremely Gentle Eye Makeup Remover, I was hooked!
And while I was at it, I also became obsessed with their new pear scented products, which I picked up in the body lotion and lip balm. Their exfoliating body scrub is also a great product. If I could afford to stock my entire bathroom with Kiehl’s products, I would, in a heartbeat. But for the moment, I think I’m off to a great start!
