Crazy over priced and I wouldn’t mind spending the money if the service was decent. We were there at 10:40 I guess they close at 11pm so even though the line was to the door the manager had her associate working on closing procedures. Being that we work in the service industry my husband asked the associate if he could stop stocking cups to service the customers and make the line move. He did(with an attitude) and customers literally clapped. After he assisted one customer, the manager instructed him to go back to stocking… You get one chance to make a first impression and I would never pay $ 9.67 for a milkshake from Hagen Daz again. Customers first, if your managers don’t understand that concept, you need to rethink your team.
