Fresh on Fifth

Came here because we stayed very close to the place and wasn’t disappointed ! Had breakfast and it was delicious, actually very good and big variety of breakfast items ! Nice attentive service. Fresh orange juice with NO ice ! We were also back to smoke hookah several nights, it’s not noisy as in the middle of crazy ocean drive, so u can really enjoy your hookah and drinks ! We will be definitely back

I’m giving them 3.5 stars because I just wanted some gelato but they only had about 4 different flavors at that time and one flavor wasn’t that fresh says the worker.
The gelato I got was alright I definitely had better but it was cold and that’s what I wanted because it was warm out. The service was good and I appreciate the fact that the employee warned me one flavor wasn’t that fresh.
So would I come here again hmm probably not just because there are a few other gelato spots in South Beach.

This place really stuck out to me from my trip to Miami. I stayed at a hotel very close because it’s literally right on the beach. The atmosphere is really nice with a view of the beach. The food is delicious and really fresh, it feels like you’re eating something healthy. I noticed they had alcohol and hookah so I came back at night and it was a lot of fun.

Horrible food, horrible service. We took two bites of the French toast and it taste like burnt toast and butter. the waitress didn’t care to assist us in any way. Left a note on the bill that the service was awful

INCREDIBLE service from the hospitable and super friendly owner – not to mention the absolutely fabulous food (hummus, kabob, shawarma) great prices and the staff is unbeatable. Also the restaurant is new and very clean and well kept! Will be returning many times this week !

Rude customer service food and smoothies are terrible it is basically water, never coming to this place again

I PAID FOR $ 43 FOR A SIMPLE SALAD AND ALSO A WRAP THAT HAD JUST TURKEY AND PROSCIUTTO ON IT.
Both tasted sub-​par at best and I left feeling like I had been completely taken advantage of. There are a million options in South Beach for food — don’t bother with this place unless you like to be disappointed! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

We had breakfast here today, and it was fine. A mediterranean breakfast, a breakfast wrap that was a bit skimpy, and a classic American platter of eggs, pancakes, bacon. Prices were a bit on the high side for what you get. We also got two juices, and one was yummy (pineapple, orange, mango), but the other was nasty (a green one with kale, but the blend of ingredients wasn’t right, and it was watery and fairly tasteless).

We were taking shelter from the rain here the other day when we decided to order something off the menu. We had less than 15 minutes before our ride arrived so we ordered a salad for take out. The salad was made quickly and since we still had a few minutes, we decided to try a little of it out immediately. The leafy greens were indeed fresh and we polished the rest off at our hotel room.

This is the most disgusting place you can ever eat I don’t even know how they are still open food is garbage no wonder why is always empty except for a few confused tourists like me that ended up wasting my money and getting sick from a nasty seafood pasta I order there, I even saw a guy when on my way to the bathroom washing the glassware with his bare hands no dishwashing and then serving a beer to another customer that’s was so disgusting getting other people’s germs on my mouth, please don’t go there there’s so many good places around why took the risk of getting sick on your vacation… and on customer service 0 this Russian girl was more into her tiny shorts then the customer for a moment I thought I was at a strip club you can see her skinny but showing, I really felt bad for her

Avoid. Ordered chicken kabob and chicken shawarma wrap. Felt sick to my stomach the rest of the day even after throwing half the food away. It’s far from fresh food.

Overpriced and food especially smoothies lack flavor. The sandwich I got the bread was old and dried out I could barely bite it otherwise cool environment

Good variety — 15 year old got a cheese pizza, college student got a smoothie, chicken sandwich & soup and I had a gyro. Everybody was happy because so often a restaurant satisfies only one or two of us. My gyro was fine, but not the best I have had. The kids appreciated this restaurant because they could each get what they want. The food reviews are quite varied — I am guessing they do some things well (smoothie, pizza included?) and perhaps other things less well, as can happen when you offer a broad range. Service was friendly. Miami is a big city so I didn’t have a metric for price — pricier than a typical diner. Not sure how this compares to the many restaurants North of 5^th street. Service was friendly.

Not that great. I had the chicken kebab platter but it looked like ground chicken. Wasn’t appealing at all. Only ate the rice and salad. I won’t be going back.

If there was half a star that would even be too much for this restaurant. We came here after spending the day on south beach, so my kids were extremely hungry and they couldn’t even eat the food. Over priced for food that makes the TGIF across the street look like gourmet. Don’t waste your time going here. I dislike writing negative reviews but this is the worst restaurant I have ever been to.

I made my own salad — for $ 17. Granted, it was large but… $ 17… for salad… without any sort of premium ingredients like truffle babies or petit diamonds. Oy.
I found the venue itself to be large, bright and clean. The people working behind the counter was very nice and accommodating. I came here on a Wednesday night in mid-​summer, so I wasn’t here on a peak day at a peak time in season so take that for what you will. Make-​your-​own salads have been a downfall of mine for years. You think you’re being smart: base of mixed greens, good amount of vegetables, a little of this, a little of that… voila: a meal that’s nutritious-​ish and not too expensive. After all, you’re eating grass. It grows on lawns. But, you’re in South Beach. Specifically, you’re in the SoFi neighborhood. A local (such as I was at the time) should have known that I’d have to cough up the dollars.
So, again: nice people. South of Fifth. Clean. $ 17 salad. Make your decision.

we ordered gelato and it was delicious, the service was slow and it seemed like they were renovating. The portion was small, but the small cup came with any two flavours and it was only $ 3. I would definitely recommend the gelato! Pistachio and tiramisu were yummy! My husband ordered oreo cookie, he was dissapointed because there were not any oreo pieces in the gelato, but he really liked the coffee flavour.

Love this place for wraps and sammys. Do not get the curry, yuck. I thought it was a bit odd that they offered curry but the picture looked like perfection so I wanted to give it a go, its a no. However, if you are in a rush this is my go to place to grab a bite on the go and it has not disappointed. (Except for the curry) Service is fast and friendly with a smile.

Now that i have been here a handful of times i can write accurately.
The food is not bad, it really isn’t. Low rating is for prices, service, and comprehension skills.
I still enjoy checking the list off the menu and handing it to cashier, but when i specifically asked you verbally and in writing to make the nutella crêpe after we are finished w are eggs. What part don’t you understand?

Do you think i can’t tell the difference between a fresh crêpe and a crêpe sitting at the counter for 15 minutes?
If your going to charge us a .50 for green pepper, .50 for red onion, 1.00 cheese, 1.50 avocado, .50 for tomato, each person– do you mind giving us more than a slice of tomato? more than a sliver of green pepper?
Do you think if we add tip on top of our 50 $ breakfast order which you pay at the register before our meal, is it to much to ask you bring us silverware (plastic) and a few napkins? My partner in crime has to go inside, and grab our silverware and napkins and straws.
the food isn’t bad– i wont lie– but the staff behaving as if their doing me a favor while nickel and dimming me is not cool.
