Vincent at Chops at the Marlin Hotel really is a master chef. A French woman brought me there and I had the seafood salade. It was so fresh and had such an elegant simplicity that I could easily have savored it on the French Riviera, say in Cannes, or on a seaside terrace of Monaco. The ambiance combines sleek modern chic with a rather subtle form of Miami bling in the use of colored lighting. Nice terrace overlooking the fascinating melting pot of passing tourists and locals from all over the world and their grown up toys like signature cars and motorcycles. Great way to eat like the French while being a South Beach voyeur!
