Bait and switch tactics employed here. I called to find out about the availability of a 128 GB Samsung Galaxy S6 for my daughter, and I was told it would take two days to arrive upon ordering. We took an Über to the store to order the phone, at which time they said it would take two weeks to arrive! When I mentioned I just called and the associate said it would take two days, the salesman unapologetically informed me they had heavy Christmas sales and the phone was backordered. I wish they told me that on the phone in the first place so we didn’t have to waste our time and money. The salesman then tried to sell us on some other phones, and we just left the store disappointed and disgusted.

about a year ago i left a one star review calling this store thieves. i had to go back to get a sim card and it is the closest location. this time around i was highly impressed. both sales people were absolutely great and helpful and made sure to know i felt welcome to stay while my new phone updated and they even initiated setting my phone up to the store’s wireless so my updates wouldn’t run up my data. much improved and i was highly satisfied. keep it coming.

Place sucks. Lady couldn’t answer a single question and was clearly trying to manipulate into a sale but failed miserably. Would have bought if they knew their head from their ass.
