Dunkin’ Donuts

I was going to this dunkin donuts every morning to get black coffee but i was turned off by the fact they had a group of only men who work there and they seemed tiered and not motivated to work and other times i saw some laughing and messing around not being serious. one day they gave me one donut and i had ordered 2 and there was only one donut in my bag and it wasnt even the one i ordered. I told them they made a mistake so then they gave me another one of the same donut in which they had made the mistake in. so now i had 2 that where not the ones i ordered. So i was so upset cuz i was already late for work and i went inside and i told the cashier what had happened and he yawned in my face and gave me my donuts. At that moment i felt i should of talked with the supervisor but was already late for work.

HORRIBLE. Even in the afternoon! I needed them to remake two of my three coffees… they asked me to pull around. Because the ran out of coffee. I work a dunkins. we never ask a customer to pull around for anything. but as we sit there for ten minutes! We see people leaving with hot coffee!!! Apparently they lied. They dont were theyre uniform right. If you want coffee made right here go to Jamie or Elvin at night. They are lovely people and they make your order correctly.

A clean, bright, well-​run neighborhood Dunkies. I feel like I get different cashiers/​drive thru staff every single time I go there, but that’s fine with me. Service is consistently prompt and polite.
