Baillargeon Pest Control

It’s rare that I take the time to write a review but I have to say that I feel compelled after the horrible experience my wife and I had today with the owner, Henry. He was recommended to us by a neighbor and he was supposed to show up in the morning to our new house. He didn’t. We called him and he said he would meet us in an hour instead. Now we have been using Insight at one of our rental properties and they do a good job but I figured maybe we give someone else a shot. Big mistake. He showed up with his son and they did a look around the property and I asked him if he would check out the attic (which is finished btw). I asked him if it was ok if he take off his shoes in the house. He looked at me like I had three heads. Instead of saying no, he pays me on the back and tells me he’s not my guy and walks towards his truck, gets in and leaves. This is btw something many contractors will consider or wear booties to not destroy your house while walking through it. I was appalled at his behavior, and I’m confident that with an attitude like that he won’t get very far.
Stay away from this guy, he is a jerk.
