Only three plus years later and the gym equipment still doesn’t work. Walls are thins so you can hear your neighbor. Professionalism went down after the company sold to Lincoln.

Methuen, MA
I lived here for about a year now. It’s a very nice community, great maintenance crew, friendly staff. They are pet friendly and it’s good for me because I have two giant dogs. Bark parks in the facilities, gym, pool, movie theater, pool table, and even a little car Wash area at the top of the hill. I do love living here, it is a great spot to live in Methuen if you’re looking for an apartment.

I rented here for a year.
The staff is very courteous and helpful for the most part and the grounds are beautiful. The apartments themselves are well sized but a bit overpriced considering on top of the higher price you have to pay for water, electricity and all other utilities which makes them almost impossible to afford even on the lower income plan that is available.
Their on site gym is wonderful and the pool is great. There are various tire pumps, grills, and other amenities on the grounds also which makes it easy to get things done and not have to leave the complex.
The view of the Merrimack Valley is unbeatable.
All in all it is a great place to live but still a bit overpriced for how far it is from Boston.
