Says the drive through is open until 1am in big lettering on the window but the last few times I tried to go through before 11pm employees were there but they had all the lights off and drive through was not open.

This is a fast food restaurant in Metairie… The drive through line was ridiculous so I popped in to order my nuggets.
MAN this place got a face lift! I have never been inside of such a fancy Wendy’s — they even asked me what my name was so it could be called out with my order.
I tried the new Sriracha dip which was pretty tasty.

The newly remodeled store doesn’t make up for the low quality food. With so many options around it makes me question why we ever go to Wendy’s. Extremely disappointed.

I went through the drive thru the other evening. The customer service was excellent. The lady who took my order was polite and the gentleman who gave me the food also was polite. He thanked me, asked me to come again, said to have a nice day, or something along those lines. Order was correct. I hope they continue with this type of service. If so, I will be there frequently.

Lookit dis fancy dude right here. Wendy’s got all-​business with us. Service is extremely friendly and they have wifi and outlets! Plus café seating on benches if you wanna! Outdoor seating as well. They have cookies and brownies as well. Comfy furniture too.

This is a review for the newly built store. It was the best-​looking Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. And the person that took my order actually SMILED at me! I was absolutely shocked because every other Wendy’s in this area is a total craphole. My food was correct and tasty, and I’ll visit this location again.
The building wasn’t responsible for my positive experience, though it helped. What made the biggest impact was the service and the food. Finally, a fast food owner/​manager has figured it out!

Went in and the employees were to busy being cool with each other and ignored me. All tough guys covered with tattoos, dreadlocks, etc. I left and felt sorry for the mother walking in with her young children.

Slow! Practically empty restaurant and it took 20 min to get a single burger, which they had to remake… soggy and cold fries. The burger looked like something a 3 year old put together.
