The portions were way to small. The workers gave small stingy scoops. I went to eat here on Friday, November 28th, 2015, around 3pm, and the old Asian woman collecting my money was rude. She grabbed the tray where my food was on away from me. The food tasted great, however they need to remove those burnt charcoal off the meat, because those burnt charcoal can cause cancer. While I was eating in the food court area, and sitting at the table across the pizza italian fast food, a crazy African-American woman who was the janitor rudely slammed her hand on too of my styrofoam to-go box, and threw it in the garbage can, since she probably thought I was completely done from eating all the food from that styrofoam box. She scared me when she slammed her hand down on my styrofoam box. I still had a few small pieces of chicken in there.

Food was fresh(noodle, bourbon chicken, sesame chicken) and tasted good. But was overcharged for food, and shortchanged as well. Be prepared to argue with cashier when it comes time to pay, if paying cash, count your change in before leaving the line. Had I not had the bitter taste of being ripped off in my mouth, would have been 5 stars.

Not even near closing time and my food was just really terrible. The rice was cold and stale, the meats were cold and overcooked, the veggies were just mush! Can’t waste money so I had to scarf down my pride and eat this horrible thing they called food.

Beware! When you pay the cashier, keep an eye on your money or it will disappear and they ask you to pay again. It had happen to me and they will gang up on you to cover up their trick. I asked for a cctv footage but they told me they dont have any, all the stores there have cctv except them. Btw, food is terrible, and the lady that pour in the soda from the fountain dipped here fingers inside.

Well I used to eat at this place every week when I was a teenager, and then one day I realized that the food doesn’t taste that great… a little too sweet, plus a fair amount of fried/oil content, etc. Panda for Chinese mall food with brown rice options and better selection. Mandarin Express has always been popular locally(and surprisingly busy), so it can’t be all bad. Also kids seem to eat up the fried rice and noodles pretty quickly, not a bad thing.
