Excellent service. Especially early in the morning, their positive attitudes put me in a great mood for the day.

For the last few months I have stopped here regularly on my way to work to pick up my morning coffee. I wouldn’t review a coffee spot but I felt compelled because today I went there and as usual I was greeted with not only a friendly staff member but an enthusiastic one! He is not alone in it. The entire staff there is always happy. I wanted to give this review to give that staff some much deserved recognition. It is so refreshing to see people taking pride in their job and enjoying it. They all seem like they get along well too. I mean its Dunkin’… It’s never going to be gourmet but its so nice that the staff is so good. There is a Starbucks right next door and I keep choosing Dunkin’ solely because of how the staff is.

this was the wackiest experience of my life. my boyfriend asked for an English muffin breakfast sandwich and the cashier said man I don’t know I won’t know until you pay… and then when we sat down to eat our donuts… the same cashier started sweeping up and went into conversation about his very personal medical problems… the parking lot was also something that should be on an SNL bit… kitchen communication was a joke… I don’t know who the manager is here or if there is one at all… the guy was talking about his bladder infection to us and then it got very weird fast… then we left…

I think I really love this place because it reminds me of childhood. The staff at this location is always very friendly to me. It’s great to be greater with a smile in the morning and I love the coffee. The line is also typically very short compared to the Starbucks line next door!

This place is insanely bad. It’s mind boggling. Ordered a dark roast iced coffee and was given a cup of milk. They are always out of everything. The service is rude and slow. The drive through speaker is broken and sounds like a robot is depressed and doesn’t want to live but has to come to this job every day so he can feed his pet robot cat because inflation is real. I am so confused by how this place stays open. I really think the owners should re-evaluate their life dream. One day they should just walk out in a blaze of glory and never return. One day a customer will come in, be the chosen one, hand them the keys(as they stutter and object in confusion) and just peace out. Dunkin Donuts franchises and franchises in general are designed for access to the same items we know and love nationwide. This is the mutant radioactive cousin of dunkin donuts– like bunkin bonuts– it reminds you of dunkin but tastes like mud water and garbage

Pretty bad service. I was the only person waiting, and my presence want even acknowledged until about five minutes after walking in. This would have been understandable if they were busy, but I was the only person waiting, and there were only two people in the drive thru. Finally, after about eight minutes, I was helped. I ordered two donuts and a small iced coffee. It was given to me pretty quickly, I’ll give them that. And there was nothing wrong with the order. Would have been nice had there been napkins in the napkin dispenser, but alas, I guess you can’t have everything. All in all, not a good experience. Even worse, this is not the first time I have had this experience at this location. Hopefully they get their act together soon.

I am so disappointed by how terrible the service was here! I wasted over 20 minutes in a mostly empty room to get a cup of mostly milk. I was excited to get the new macchiato, which I tried in NY while I was home for the holidays. While the interior was nice and exceptionally large, that’s the only positive I have about this location. Even the bathroom was dirty.

This place is horrible. Took 25 minutes to place the order because the employee was so slow, while we were waiting in line we noticed their were little gnats flying every where. Once we placed hour order it took another 10 mins for him to make the coffee and pumpkin spice latte. We had to clean off the table because they were all so filthy. We tried to enjoy the latte but the pumpkin spice latte was so sweet that we brought it back to find out the guy out 4 shots of the spice flavor instead of 1. Over all experience was terrible, the staff was slow, Doughnuts were stale, place was extremely dirty, trash cans were over flowing with bugs flying around them, coffee was watered down and the pumpkin spice was nasty. I wouldn’t ever recommend this location.

Popped into this location for a ½ donuts. The boy said no holes this time(we usually get holes at the airport), regular donuts. I’d never been to a Dunkin/Baskins location and there were more people and this blustery rainy day waiting for ice cream than in the donut line. I just shook my head(crazy louisiana people) and headed for the donut counter. I was a bit nervous when I saw that the chocolate glazed bin was empty or maybe had two left. No worries said the girlie and she disappeared into the kitchen. Shortly she appeared, with three in the box(whew!), a couple glaze and a lemon filled for me. It was a pleasant and switch transaction. In the car I handed the boy the box… he asked which one was mine… the one without the hole. Silence… just after the Luling bridge, the box was handed back… it was then, that I realized he had eaten 5 donuts… boom. « Were they good? Oh heck yeah! Okay Can we get some more? Uhhhh, not today, next time. Is that a yes, yes! or a yes. yes, yes. Right on Mom, I love you. Yay! I’m definitely a Fan!

My husband picked up this morning. My order of black coffee(even marked black on the cup) had cream and sugar. I’m usually a fan but this location adds way to much sugar, and so it went down the drain. My onion bagel with butter and cream cheese had cream cheese and butter, as in the butter was added on top of the cream cheese. Seriously??? This location is ruining Dunkin Donuts for me.

I absolutely love the coffee here! If you are looking for an in and out that is quick and cheap this is the place to go. Best part is they have a drive through. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the doughnuts are really that great you can definitely tell that they are frozen.

It pains me to leave such a poor review. But seriously who is running this Dunkin Donuts? I’m from the North East and never would the stuff that happens here happen at any other Dunkin. Which makes me sad bc it is a really poor representation of a terrific brand. Someone really needs to wake up. The coffee is not fresh. They are out of ice coffee on plenty of occasions. And the donut racks where a complete mess. No one is trying here. It’s sad.

I will not go back ever again!!! I have given this place at least a chance 5 times in hopes that just once they could get it right and they just can’t. They are always out of almost every flavor of ice cream and the service is horrible. Tonight a couple ordered doughnuts in front of me and they were out of almost everything they were super disappointed. They need a whole new staff and need a manager that can keep this place stocked. The staff acts like it’s their first day!!!

New Englander living in the south says that Dunkin’ coffee is the best on the planet. I will design any of my travels west around an extra large cup of the brewed goodness!

Gross! I regret wasting my time and money at this place! The exterior and interior are super dirty. Their donuts don’t look appetizing at all. They don’t even have a simple sugar glazed donut! So I ended up ordering just one donut and it was a bavarian kreme one. Half way through the donut I found a black curly hair soaking inside the bavarian kreme. Imagine the disgusting horror and heart attack I will have if I didn’t notice it and accidently consume it! I came there to have a good donut, not eating someone’s hair. Save yourself from this place and go to district donut. It is a billion times better!

Growing up in Canada, we had a Tim Hortons on every corner of every street. Kind of like Starbucks today, but with cheap coffee, donuts, etc. Essentially, Dunkin Donuts is the same thing, and something that was lacking in New Orleans. Sometimes, all I want is a drive thru window and a $ 1.50 huge cup of coffee. No frills, no $ 5 latte, just a coffee. Dunkin makes good on this, and the coffee isn’t bad. They do have«fancier» drinks if you are in the mood, but their niche in the market is quick & cheap coffee. For that, they deserve all 4 stars that I’m giving them.

Not sure what the service is like normally, but to the Indian man working the register: thank you talking 15 minutes to make a latte and a cup of black coffee. Which speaking of thank you for the watery consistency of the coffee. Now. To the women with glasses who was less than sympathetic or apologetic when I inquired about why the service was so slow when I was the only one in line, please look up the meaning of customer service.

My wife and I really enjoy their donuts and breakfast sandwiches! The iced coffee’s are delicious and very reasonably priced compared to Starbucks that is right next door. Only complaint is that on multiple occasions we asked for Splenda instead of sugar and still received sugar. Not a big deal they re-make it for us but something to be aware of if you are diabetic…
