I just left this shop 3:00 pm 8/30/15…I’ve always come here, as a matter of fact EVERYDAY, and sometimes multiple times a day, I’ve even had people from Mississippi drive up here just to get one… but what I experienced today was ridiculous and rude, I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered my daiquiri and got a phone call from my sister telling me about funeral arrangements for my nephew. So she comes get my credit card and after signing I accidentally dropped the pen while trying to get the pen I still had the phone up to my ear, and she says«just keep the pen since your phone conversation is so important» I said whatever, so she slammed the window in my face, then opened it back and called me a bitch, so I said ya mama, she said«fuck you, you fucking cunt, and pointed her finger and told me don’t ever come back,…I’m thinking to myself this bitch don’t know how much money I spend in here, I can wait to talk to her manager, and to top it off she cussed me out with my 7 year old son in the back seat, what kind of shit is that

If I had to picture hell, this pretty much sums it up. Outdated 90’s décor. Super smoky! Like your cell phone will stink smoky. Disgusting tasting drinks made with the cheapest liquor known to man. Rude bartenders that I can only assume are friendly to the regulars. Losers lurking in every corner. I feel so bad for the people that have made this place their go to spot. Ive had some low places as ’ my bar’ and all I can say is get out while you can. Its just going downhill from here. Check yourself before you wreck yourself

Wow, I see a review hasn’t been written on this place in quite a while. Well, here goes: This location is right at my back door, and we go through the drive thru all the time. Last night was a little different. I had my husband and child in the car. I suggested going inside to get our daiquiris while family waited outside because a bartender here had formerly told me you get a $ 1 off the price of a daiquiri if you go inside to get it. Well, that was not the case, but no complaints. My main beef about what I received — or rather, didn’t receive — when I stood at the bar is the #1 sickening reason why my wonderful husband who has 25-plus years of bartending experience and truly LOVES serving people, and happens to be from Texas, can’t get a decent bartending job in this town: You obviously have to be rude, obnoxious and downright impersonal to bartend in the New Orleans area!!! I stood at the bar for what seemed like 10 minutes while THREE bartender girls laughed and talked and even lined up to take a picture of themselves with one of their cell phones before noticing that I was standing there waiting to order daiquiris. For them, I was a nuisance and an interference in the way of them chatting, laughing and having a good time. Who knows what they were talking to each other about or doing, and WHOTHEHELLCARES!!! Serve your customers! Can’t believe I even left a $ 1 on the bar. My husband can go back here for his daiquiri if he wants — I’m taking my business to a more customer-friendly and appreciative establishment. I know it doesn’t take much education, finesse or class to squirt daiquiris into a cup, but it takes someone really special to light up the place with a smile and a gracious attitude — and an APPRECIATION for the customers you are serving who may just leave you a $ 5 tip instead of $ 1.

Nice bartender. A small daquiri only $ 3.25! And they have a drive-thru! This certainly won’t be my last visit.

Friendly and very helpful drive-up service! I had questions about vague flavor names like«Attitude Adjustment» and«House Special» and she was quick to explain ingredients. All of the flavors listed on the sign weren’t available unfortunately but we settled on a jug of the girly mango-ey«Tropical Passion» and are satisfied. The gallon was only $ 22! Hell-o!

Dust off those tight acid washed jeans with the holes in the knees; knock the moths off those old chunky Nike high tops; whip the do into a mullet(or at least have some bang-action going) — and it’s 1987 in Metry Brah. Jeez, I don’t think I’ve actually been to the D&C since then. I’m old. old. old. old. Hey, I’ve got a great idea, let’s swill a 60 oz. slurpie doused with Everclear. The end of the world will not just include Keith Richards and cockroaches; there will be, standing proud among the rubble… Daquiris and Creams. C’mon, I had to give it at least two stars for having the balls to outstay it’s welcome for that long… and still going.
