I came in to see Dr. Arrington with what I thought was a toe fungus. He barely spoke to me about the problem, but the service was okay overall. It turns out it wasn’t a fungus at all and they said they didn’t know what was wrong with my toe. Either way, I paid for both my visit and pathology service. A week after paying, I got another bill for the appointment service that I already paid. Now, for the past 2 weeks I’ve been given the run-around by their billing service and they are not taking that charge off my account even though I’ve obviously been double billed. I have the confirmation number + proof that I paid it, yet I keep being told that they will call me back because they have to check with somebody else about the charge. It’s getting really ridiculous and nobody has been helpful so far. I will never go back to this podiatrist or recommend him to anyone.
