I called to get a quote and was told $ 17 by a man named Andy. I dropped off the dress and confirmed the price and left my number for any problems. When I went to get it two days later I had to pay $ 82. I had to have. The dress as it was for my wedding. They charged me 4 times the quoted price! I was told I could not talk to a manager until the next Wednesday.

I have used them previously & have been satisfied. Sign on window says work done there. NOT. Left 2 jackets there (with a coupon!) to be cleaned and asked if they could do weather-​proofing. Yes, was the answer. BUT after a week & 3 trips to try to retrieve my jackets I finally got them + a bill for $ 42.50! YIKES. But oh well… until we wore them today in the rain! Not only did they NOT repel water, it seemed they soaked it in more than before they were treated. Will not be going back to this place! What a rip.

I come here regularly to get my work clothes dry cleaned. There are now two young men working there, Andy (upbeat kinda guy) and Daniel (timid but friendly). They are always inquiring on how well my day went and even keeping the conversation going. Andy is really good at keeping me in the loop on things. I had an alteration that was supposed to be ready in 2 days. When it was gonna be extended, he gave me his personal cell number, to be able to check in on my pants. Awesome customer service! Not sure what businesses would be willing to do that nowadays!

Display says «in before 9am out by 5pm.» Well thats a lie. My whole outfit got put to ruins b/​c they dont do no work there they take it to a plant. So i get there and out of all my clothing the pieces i need were not going to be available until the next business day. I’ve been a loyal customer for 7yrs and this what i get. I mean why take my number if you cant even call me to say there is a delay w/​your cleaners. This is not the only thing they’ve done. They have risen prices. They take 7days for sewing items, unacceptable. I have even had to show them were they need to put a crease in my slacks. If any cleaners wants my hundred dollars a month please share where you are located at; Im in the towneast area.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nasty woman working there with a major attitude. Ridiculously expensive. If you are smart you will avoid this place like the plague.
