Do not go here. It isn’t Tony’s, it should be listed as Chan’s. Neither the counter lady nor the cobbler (?) can understand you. Them when they fix it like they want, it takes a week to redo. Go across LBJ to Willy’s @ 3600 Gus Thomasson. Next to Krogers

Last week I dropped off my leather jacket for my zipper. I was told that it would cost $ 20 to replace the whole zipper. I mean you will have to un-​sew the zipper, replace the zipper and sew it back up. I thought that is reasonable price so I asked them if they can sew a couple of 1 inch straps together. For that they charged me $ 20. $ 10 for each strap. Overall I thought it is still reasonable considering replacing the whole zipper. When I picked my jacket a week later, I was in a hurry and I didn’t check the zipper until now. They only replaced the head of zipper and the rest of zipper was not touched. So, I would avoid this place because it is way too expense.

I’ve used Tony’s a couple times just for simple re-​gluing an insole or strap on my sandal and they never disappoint. Prices are always reasonable as well. I think the insole was around $ 5 and fixing the strap on my sandal was $ 8 – 9. Good to know since apparently all the nice shoes I buy always end up needing repairs after only a month, end rant.
