Boo. They refused to take our order at 1:55am. Unilocal says they are open till 2:00am. The guy inside wouldn’t even repsond when we told him. Boo to you Taco Bell.

Great service. offered replacement option for son and gave a free churrro. They also were quick which we were surprised, based on previous Unilocal posts. People were kind and after a long drive, we were happy to be so sweetly surprised by how great the place was.

I don’t normally give such low ratings but the service was the worst I can ever remember having, even for fast food. The poor man taking our orders was obviously brand new and not very with it to begin with. I’m not blaming him for our service, more the manager standing right behind the corner so he didn’t have to help the guy and so we «wouldn’t notice». I’m not exaggerating– it had to take at least 7 – 8 minutes to order just a few things. The cashier asked the manager 4 separate questions at different times and the manager never stuck around to see if he needed any more help or to double check of we got everything taken care of. There was also a girl working who was drinking a soda behind the counter the whole time we were there and talking obnoxiously with her friends that came to see her. There were not any sauces out but they were generous when we asked for some. The bathrooms were gross and the dining room was average.

I was immediately impressed with the updated style and new paint job, and was equally impressed with the inside cleanliness. Our cashier was kind and got our orders right with ease. What makes the real difference though was that our meals were high quality compared to other taco bells. Specifically, the tortillas were warm and fresh and the ingredients were tasty and fresh. Overall certainly a better than average Taco Bell experience. But can a Taco Bell really ever achieve 5 star status… Maybe I’ll just know it when I see it.

What can you expect from fast food? apparently not much from this place. After ordering and not receiving a receipt watching two customers food go out before mine and several cars going through the drive-through I demanded my money back. The cashier and the manager were unapologetic and and finally delivered my food cold. 12 minutes for 4burritoes and a taco? An apology or lame excuse might have helped. When I asked for the store number I was handed a blank register receipt. It didn’t have the number. Drive a little further and skip this one. Definitely sub-par for the chain
