Had an excellent experience with this crew.
Our gas-​fired heater died and two other companies sent folks into the attic, looked around, and said they’d call us with quotes. In both cases, I had to make many calls and still got no one to work on the heater. One finally did come up with a quote but then couldn’t be bothered to do the work. It was 40-​something degrees in our house after several days with no heat. This was when the outdoor temps were dropping into the high-​teens and low-​twenties in late 2008.
Finally, 20 days (!) into the ordeal I called Metro. A pleasant and polite young man went up into the attic. We had a quote in a half-​hour and the parts were installed on-​budget the next day. Communication was excellent. AND the quote was ¼ of the other company’s quote. He identified the part that needed to be fixed instead of gutting everything.
Mad props for the professionalism and common courtesy of this company. They have earned my respect. I hope they earn your business.
