I would rate 0 stars if that was an option. This organization was previously named Anderson Clayton, although it still has the same staff for the most part. These people sold my mom THREE funerals for TWO people. Moreover my dad was a veteran, therefore he had a free funeral, if they had told my mom of this benefit. Instead, their focus was to make as much money as possible.
My grandparents were loyal to this company. At one time they must have been better.
When my dad passed, I had to fly in from out of state. What a mess! I wanted to use the oldest of the three PRE paid funerals for my dad. We were told that we could not use that for him because HE DID NOT SIGN IT BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY. It is PAID in FULL. Furthermore, we were told that if we wanted a refund for the EXTRA funeral, that the refund amount would be the amount paid, all the way back to 1975! What a rip off.!The head of this location told me if we didn’t like what was offered to «FIND ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME-​WHILE MY DAD’S BODY IS LAYING AT ROOM TEMPERATURE IN THE NEXT ROOM. This was my experience. You decide.

Well… they all ready have the money so there’s no going back for me.
When Linda didn’t call me back in a timely manner a red flag should have gone up. But I thought to myself, things happen, it will be fine. We arranged to meet on Saturday morning. We were moving quickly on my grandmother’s pre-​planning so that her paperwork for the government would be in order.
They sat on the check for almost two weeks. I wish I’d paid more an gone with a better company.
The building is not lovely. I’m not happy.
