Could not disagree more with the prior reviewer. Maybe this place is ‘the best in Mesquite’ but if so that’s a sad comment on Mesquite. Where to begin… the salsa that came with chips tasted like mildly spicy ketchup, the guacamole was pretty bland, the enchiladas came in a flavorless red sauce, the margaritas were just OK, and the service was slow and unattentive. Will not be returning.

I run a crew of 6 technicians doing specialized work in high end contracting. We travel the world and are currently in Mesquite, NV for almost a year this particular contract. My crew and I had tried just about every restaurant in Mesquite and to be honest, with the exception of two or three places, had not found anything worth visiting twice. Then Los Cazadores opened up and we decided to try it even though I am not a big fan of Mexican food. Well, I would like to say that it was simply amazing! Each time we have gone back(which is probably at least 2 dozen or more times now) it’s great! We have local Mexicans working on the project and I have heard them say that the food is like their mothers and grandmothers used to make. The atmosphere is also nice. Its clean & quaint and the staff is friendly, efficient and always at the ready to meet our needs. If you go, don’t pass on the guacamole dip, it’s is the best I have ever eaten. My favorite is the chicken Fajitas, the serving is large enough to feed me for dinner and still have enough to get stuffed at lunch the next day. If you ever find yourself traveling along I-15, time your trip to be passing by Mesquite at lunch or dinner, consider Los Cazadores a destination! You will thank yourself(and me) if you do!
