The flavor of everything our group of 12 had was wonderful. Simple but fabulous. The service is the best ever. Genuinely caring and attentive. Highly recommended!!!

Good food, lots of rolls! Delivery took a Lil while. But it’s worth it! Definitely will order again. Meals don’t come with salad so to have one add one just a tip!

We just ordered a Meat Stromboli, Meatball Stromboli and Pepperoni Calzone and it was all phenomenal. Great service, great price and absolutely delicious food! We will definitely be back!

This is all my opinion. The reason for the 1 star in the review is what is being delivered versus what the impression of the restaurant is. The restaurant is trying to deliver semi-formal Italian food and is missing the mark quite a bit. In fact they are always trying to up sell their menu items or trying to add value to charge you more money. The typical dish is about $ 15 versus the $ 10 at a casual Italian dining place. Simple example: Take the Chicken Piccata, a very simple dish to make. You take a chicken breast and scaloppini it between plastic wrap dredge it in some flour, brown it with butter, add some lemon juice, chicken broth and white wine, shallots, garlic and capers and there you have it. Now there are many variations of the dish, but one of the key things in cooking is to create the Maillard reaction in meats. This is where you brown the meat in order to give it flavor. Well that is what is missing with many of the dishes here. The meat tastes steamed, no flavor. You don’t necessarily have to dredge the meat in flour, but you do have to pan fry the meat and get it brown to create a Mailard effect. It’s not Chinese steamed food it is Italian food. Add some lemon zest to kick the flavors up a notch, add some shallots or garlic, but build the flavor. White wine and capers doesn’t make a Piccata, technique does. It’s not like this hasn’t been said before, but it seems that until you post something on Unilocal they do not take an interest in changing anything. They had a bartender from another Italian restaurant that ignores drink refills and only serves the people he wants; this is why people stopped going to the last restaurant. His replacement, a complete meat head that bullies everyone in the restaurant, not to mention all the bullying that is already going on by management. You don’t throw glasses at walls and scream and yell at staff to get them to follow you, you provide guidance and direction and consistency to make them want to follow you for respect. You don’t up sell to a regular customer, you make them want to appreciate you to want to come back and invite others.

Cheap Italian food in a local friendly environment that does not skimp on quality. There are several«Napolis» around the area, but Eddie will be quick to remind that that only the few«Eddies Napolis» are the good ones. The dark, basic interior remind me of a 90’s era pizza joint, but with Italian music playing and a water fountain in the front. The space is clean and is a combination of booths and tables. Once seated you will be brought baskets of endless garlic bread, easily the signature feature of this place and one of its strongest selling points. There is no cost for this, and you will often fill yourself on free bread before your meal arrives. Like anyplace, this is best served fresh which is often the case but not always. Side salads were fresh, crunchy and cold. I loved it. My wife ordered pizza by the slice, which she reported to be outstanding. I got the angel hair Alfredo with chicken, which was thick, creamy, filling and large. I am a large man and I still could not possibly finish it. At a cost of $ 9.99, this is a value. You will be hard pressed to find anything on the menu over $ 10, which is a huge plus. It’s not the best Italian in town, but its darn good. When you want a delicious dinner that wont break the bank, I would recommend Eddies Napolis.

I used to order here all of the time and absolutely loved it. However, today I ordered the Mesquite Special and had to make a call because the cheese SMELLED and TASTEDSPOILED. I work in a restaurant so I do think I know how to tell when a product is no good. This is the first time I have ever had to make a call to them and when I did I was met with a rude response. The woman told me there was nothing wrong with the food and«sounds like maybe you didn’t know what you ordered» and«tell me the truth, you just didn’t like it.» Oh, and, «I don’t know what’s wrong with your taste.» I will NEVER eat here again and will be reporting this experience to the better business bureau. I spent money on food I can’t even eat and she refused to help me with anything at all.

This is one of the most unprofessional and rude establishments i have ever dealt with. I ordered food for delivery to my hotel room. it took almost 2 hours for delivery of an incomplete order and my food was cold. I called and spoke with the store they informed me they would bring a plate and the rest of my order. After another hour and a half I called the store again. I asked to speak with the owner, after having the phone set down on the counter and hearing the little girl begging her mom to speak with me. the owner picked up the phone and hung up. I called back and was told that I would have to call back after 9:30. I find it very disturbing that the owners of this establishment would refuse to complete an order or offer a refund. I called back and the little girl answering the phone informed me that the owner hung up. I decide to record my call, so I might post it online. It shows how rude the owners are. They are so irresponsible that they let a little girl deal with thier issues instead of handeling it like a responsible businiess owner. I am filling a complaint with the better business bureau and my credit card company.

I love ordering from Napolis! The bread rolls are a hit! I love the spaghetti and pizza as well. The staff is very friendly and I recommend anyone in the area to skip a night of cooking to let them serve you.

I’m a pizza snob and after reading the reviews, which are all about their pasta, should have been a read flag. I was not impressed with their pizza. The crust was tough, way too much cheese, the sauce was bland, and the ingredients are not so fresh. I ordered a pepperoni calzone as well that will be eaten for lunch tomorrow so that will determine whether or not I will order again from this place. I really wish I could find a pizza place as good as Besa’s in North Dallas.

This«food» has little to no flavor. The garlic bread was meh. Almost stale. The mozzarella sticks and sauce were just awful. The alfredo pasta I barely touched. I was asked if I wanted to take it home and a immediate no thanks was given. I might have offended them, but that gruel offended my tastebuds.

Get rid of the piano lady! The food is great, service is good too. The piano girl is what keeps me from coming here more often. It’s way to loud, and I cant have a normal conversation with the people around me. Not to b mean but her singing is terrible.

I from LA, so when we come to visit my in-laws here in Mesquite this place is first on our list of places to go. If it were up to me we’d eat here twice in our short week long trip! Two words: Chicken Napoli. Perfectly al dente linguine, beautifully balanced sherry cream sauce with just the right amount of dill, fresh red peppers and mushrooms sauteed to perfection and two deliciously juicy chicken breasts. AH-MAZING! Not to mention the prices! Huge portions of quality food cooked with love for the price of a combo at McDonald’s. If you go and have anything but stellar reviews of this family owned and operated restaurant, go to Olive Garden, because you don’t know what good Italian is.

I had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and OMG their sauce is ONPOINT!!! I forgot to ask for extra shrimp though lol definitely ask for extra shrimp. I was here two weekends ago. Man I want to go there now haha but it was excellent and they were super busy but they’re so nice and chill so on a Friday or Saturday night don’t go if you’re in a rush. The food is great, the owners rock and are so nice to my son and of course nice to me. Their rolls are good. I also like the egg plant parmigiana as well. GOODFOOD! My son loves their spaghetti too and their rolls haha he’s a good 2 year old lol I will be back this week when my mom comes to visit! it’ll be at night though

Excellent food, very nice staff/owner. Love their Vicky special, you have to try it, it’s amazing! The garlic rolls are so good and we easily put back 3 to 4 baskets of it when I go with my family of four. The lobster ravioli is wonderful. Their lasagna with meatballs and their manicotti is delicious! Meatball sub is fabulous. The décor is a bit dark in there but a nice quiet place to go eat. We do, often! Much better than the one in Rowlett or the Garland location.

We have been going here for years … I have been to the location in garland and wasn’t all that impressed with the food or the service … But when we stumbled on to this location … It changed our minds … This little gem is one of my go to places … Love the family atmosphere, the service, the prices, and last but not least the Vicky special …

My son turned us on to this place. Great Food and Atmosphere! The staff remembers you and it feels like friends work there. The Veal is wonderful! I just wish they would change the name of the Supreme Italian sub to «THESANDWICHOFTHEGODS!!!» its just more fitting. I am serious, go there and eat until they have to roll you out!!!

Hotel delivery. I didn’t expect much, but it was absolutely amazing. Chicken Marsala, turtle cheesecake, and two sodas with tip only cost twenty bucks. Yay!
