Their prices are a little high, but they are very patient and knowledgeable. They will take the time to help you and explain things multiple times if necessary. They have saved me hundreds of dollars with their advice.
If I know exactly what I need (like a Polaris part), I’ll get it for half the price on Amazon. But if I need help with anything like water chemistry or redoing the seals on my pump, I’ll gladly pay more because they take the time to get you the right parts and explain how to use them.
This store is a great resource for a swimming pool novice like myself.
