I do not recommend especially if coloring hair, they burned my hair so bad and stained my skin. Plus my haircut is horrible. I even showed them several pics of me with hairstyle I wanted I ended up with a style no where near resembling the pics or what I said. I do not think my stylist understood me she only spoke in a different language but even still I showed her several pics. Although I walked in with extremely long hair I walked out with very short hair nothing like pic I showed them. I hope it grows back fast I know that it is burned all the way to my scalp and dye will take a long time to get off my scalp and FACE. Even my husband, who never comments on my hair, told me it is the worst hair style he’s ever seen on me and he’s known me since I was 13 yrs. old I’m 47 now.

I have been using this place since it first opened. They always take good care of me. One time they were about to close and still accommodated me. Vivoan takes great care of her customers and would recommend for people who want a good salon.

I just found this salon last year, though they have been here for more than four years. Really nice place and fantastic for color and cut. Thank you ViVoan — you make me feel like a Hollywood starlet! The value is tremendous too — MUCH lower than other salons, with no extra costs. They make sure you leave with a bounce in your step and feeling like a million bucks.
If you haven’t given Charlie Angel a try yet, you really should. I love this place! Call or go in and see ViVoan. She can do exactly the look you have in mind. Honestly, the best cut and color I’ve ever had — anywhere, at any cost.
They also do a pretty darn good pedicure/​manicure. Very relaxed atmosphere. This is the place to go when you want to be pampered.

We have been going here for a long time. One lady fried my hair so badly that chunks came out and the ends were shriveled up in some places all the way up to my scalp. One lady chopped my hair and gave me huge color chunks even though I asked her not to because I am 40, not 20. We rarely get the haircut that we ask for, I am not sure why we have kept coming back. Maybe it’s because I love having women ask if I want my beard waxed!??

I have been seeing Vivoan for years. She has always done such a good job with my hair and I trust her completely! The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable as well.
