On a long distant trip pulling a 40' flat bed trailer with a dually truck. Umberto was amazing! He got the truck on (still don't know how he did it) and towed the trailer to our destination. Super nice guy with a great attitude. Insurance TOOK FOREVER to connect me with Umberto but once we talked he was there quickly. Thank you!

My husband and I were on the tail end of a month long road trip through the southwest when our tire blew out on us on the I-​15 13 miles from Mesquite. Since it was over 100 degrees out, we had no cell service and we didn’t have the right tools to change the flat, we got a ride to Mesquite to call AAA.
After realizing we were located in the Bermuda Triangle of towing areas and AAA was no help in getting us a tow, we called up Humberto who came by and picked my husband, myself, and our small pup up within 20 minutes.
After a short chat with Humberto we had arrived to our van and he changed the tire for us in 7 minutes flat. He gave us some advice about our spare and pointed us in the direction of a 24 hour tire shop to get it looked at. Overall a great experience that got us on the road quickly!

My fiancé and I were early into a Cali to Indy road trip when my car overheated 13 miles from Mesquite in the middle of the 95 degree day in the Nevada desert. I had just put coolant in and figured something was up. We coasted our way to The Shop in Mesquite and got a diagnostic look over which is a when it was determined my electric water pump was no longer working. The mechanic there admitted to not trusting himself working on my BMW and had the new water pump ordered to Saint George about 40 miles up the highway to arrive the next morning. Knowing driving my car without a working water pump was recipe for disaster, I agreed to the option of getting a tow. Bulldog towing was suggested and before we knew it the owner, Humberto, was loading my car onto his truck. My fiancé and I nervously climbed into the front seat hoping we were making the right decision. It turns out we did, as Humberto was one of the nicest and happiest guys either of us have ever met. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery as he filled us in on the landmarks and even recommended a dinner spot in St. George that we took him up on and enjoyed thoroughly. It was around 40 miles one way and only $ 200. Humberto made us feel comfortable within minutes which was huge considering we had just out our lives in a stranger’s hands.
