Supercuts

Took my 2 year old son for just a trim. They were so accommodating and allowed him to sit on my lap which is the easiest way to get him to stay still. I ended up having her cut a little more than I originally wanted and it was by far the best hair cut he has had. She was so calm and patient. Will definitely be coming back! (Will be updating this with the stylist name when I find my receipt!)

I’ve been bringing my son here for a few years and this store has gone down hill in the past year or so. This last visit, the stylists were all huddled in their back office eating food. The one who comes out doesn’t great us, but says «what’s the name?» One stylist, Christine, emerges from the back room chewing her food and looking like I interupted her last meal or something… So I sit my kid in the chair and let her know how I want his hair cut and I show her how much to cut off. She got really snippy about how I wanted it, saying «its either this or this…»
That’s fine, maybe just take a layer of snippy attitude off and have a conversation with someone who is paying you.
She started shaving the sides of his head and she was really rough. My kid has a ton of hair and it was obvious she was pulling it and making him uncomfortable. I then stood next to them so she could tell I was watching. It wasn’t until I mentioned I would do an online review that she straightened up and started acting like she cared at all.
I have definitely decided we are done with this salon. I have been to other salons in this chain and they are much better in the service they offer.
All in all, their cut was ok, but the service stunk and I don’t recommend paying anyone who treats you like crap… ever! There are other options out there.

I have been coming here for 5 years and will not go anywhere else. The staff is fun and professional and you will leave smiling. Jennifer does an awesome job, she is my go to, but I have had most of the staff cut my hair and they are great. Keep up the good work.

The is one of the best Supercuts I’ve been to. Brittani is great and really listens to what you want. I cannot speak for the others as she’s the only one that cuts my hair, but everyone seems to walk out with what they want.
