Teresa’s assistance tonight was excellent. She first assisted over phone before we ever went to the store and was able to confirm authorization for price matching and additional discount. Then after we arrived at the store she proved to be very knowledgeable about various products and promotions. Will recommend this store and Teresa to my friends.

My husband and I were so excited that there was a health store right across the street from us. Our first time there, we were in awe at the big selection of health products that they offer. We went there to get Quest bars. A lady named Teresa helped us, and although she was helpful she came off as very condescending and that you should have already known that their prices are the best and that they had a great deal on Quest bars. My second time in I had a coupon for buy one get one half off, and I was going to buy my husband some supplements for Christmas. Teresa was there again, and when I went to pay she looked at my coupon as if it were dirt and claimed she has never seen that type of coupon before. Well… it’s obviously from your store!
She went to the back and asked someone, and when she came back she said I couldn’t use it on what I was buying. She said this with a half smirk and tilted her head up like she always does. I hate being talked to like I’m a child and do not know what I’m talking about. She was giving me bad service, so I left without purchasing them for Christmas. We found a Hi-​Health in SanTan, which thank goodness isn’t too far. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and NOT here.
