I absolutely love this place! The customer service I receive is amazing. They are always very patient and willing. I normally go to get black clip in extensions, but this last time I went it to buy a wig. I wish I got her name, but she was very kind and listened to what I was looking for. She made my experience fun, and helped me try on different blonde wigs. I will definitely be back, and have recommended this place for their variety and prices.

came in today early in the morning and was excited to find a place that was opened. I am new to this area and was grateful to find a place with such nice people. In did not get the two ladies names, but they were very personable and sweet.
Came in for braiding hair, but will defintely be back for some clip ins. thank you ladies.

I wish I could give it a «0» star. I just left this store & I’m pissed! I was very disappointed with selection of wigs. The staff was so rude!!! I was trying on a variety of wigs with the intention of buying. They were not helpful what so ever. Actually felt as if I was purposely being ignored. I nicely asked if they had a particular wig in the back & the worker walked away saying «nope.» I had to follow her to ask if she could get another, that was behind the counter, & then she just throws if down on the counter & walks away. As if that’s not bad enough, the person I came with checked out & received a nice bag but they gave me a black trash bag. I will never go here again & regret purchasing a wig from here just because how bad I was treated!

Huge selection that’s overwhelming for a newbie. I was very glad my hair stylist friend was with me. Service was good but not great, but the product we chose seems to be qood.

I walked in and was looked over for a while before I was asked did i need help. The selection is very limited and expensive. I would not recommend it. And they have no military discounts. I have to been to United Beauty supply on Country Club its small not alot more selection but more than this place. They also have a military discount.

I am here to get hair extension for my upcoming event. Staffs are friendly and super helpful.

Just went in here for the first time and talked to Jenais she was so helpful I have a deep red color that is hard to match to the correct extension color and she found the perfect ones and gave me advice on how to treat my hair! Wonderful place and staff thank you for your help I will def be back!

I’ve shopped Sunny’s for years for my personal hair extensions & also for my salon. They’ve always been great at answering questions & making sure I have everything I need. My recent trip I was helped by a employee (Ericka) who by far was the most helpful ever. She helped me with so much&was very humble & never pushy. Seriously best place in AZ for all hair accessories /​extensions/​wigs etc…

I’m new to Arizona and I have no idea where anything is! I was just put on to Unilocal and I love it! I was looking for a hair store that sold hair for a sew-​in and Sunny’s Hair Wigs has that and more! They have (of course hair and wigs) bundles, packaged hair, accessories, clothing, and I’m pretty sure that there’s a salon in the back. The place is spacious and the sale associates are very kind. Jackie helped me pick out hair that was within my spending limit and Ericka recommended some GREAT hairstylist ALL around Arizona! I went to Hairego (review coming soon) and I am very pleased with that service too!

Okay so I went in here thinking the worst because of a review I read. I have never had extensions but am getting some for my wedding. I know I had a ton of questions and needed help explaining the different types of hair how to care for it basically everything. I can’t say enough things about how amazing this experience was the girl who helped me had curly hair sherry maybe (I forgot her name) but very helpful and educated me on different types of the hair what I can and can’t do with it. The prices to me are affordable. I can’t wait to come back.

I went to Sunny just to look and came out with all kinds of stuff they are so helpful and friendly they don’t mind helping and they work so well together and if someone put you in a both and someone else comes in and she is helping that person and you want something, one of the other ladies will help you with no problem it was was just a beautiful experience shopping there and I will definitely go there again, I had so much fun and I really enjoyed myself shopping there

Fried my wig accidentally and was in a pinch. Went here was greeted upon entering. Outstanding selection and products. They also have accessories and shampoo too. Clean and huge store. Close to home.

I went to this shop under a recommendation from my hair dresser. I had a specific idea in mind, and always trust her recommendations. Upon walking in, I was not greeted, was not helped directly, and was scrutinized for my appearance (jeans, boots, and a t-​shirt). I was put off, and at that point quite frustrated.
When I was explaining what I was looking for, it was as though they decided I wouldn’t have the money to spend with them (which is false). They told me they didn’t have what I was looking for; they didn’t offer to special order anything or help me look further. Told me to call later that week to see if they got anything in.
I am not sure if this is how you normally run a business, but I can say I highly doubt I will order or purchase anything from them at this rate. Where I work, even if we can’t provide a customer with what they need (within reason), we attempt to find them a place that does; even if we lose some small business then, they will come back to us at a later date for being helpful, kind, and courteous.

No one told me it was outside of normal fulfillment, and in fact I was told that it was so popular you ordered it often. I did not ask for a manufacturer to make something that they are unable to; I simply asked what else was available. I do not appreciate the implications being made here that I was a difficult customer, and this has solidified my decision. Good luck in the future, I hope you continue to do well.

My stylist sent me here over Sally’s for clip in extensions. Janae met me at the door with a smile and took her time finding just the right match. The place is very clean and has a lot of products. I would recommend this place!

I already had wig store apprehension from a bad experience in 2008. So I looked at the local wig store reviews, and decided to try this place. Took the hour bus ride and got there. Place had the instant snooty vibe that makes me nervous. But I walked inside to look around. Some girl asked me if I needed help before I was fully inside. Told her not yet, I wanted to look around first. She kinda rolled her eyes and walked off (never returned). So shortly after, I had found some wigs I was interested in. Well, I was ignored for a LONG time. I stood there trying to make eye contact with the sales ladies. Tried to get their attention. Nothing. Was almost in tears at this point and ready to go home. I gave my last attempt to ask for help and finally it worked. I spit out my situation (losing my hair, have expensive wigs coming in the mail, want something synthetic for the time being). NOW I was treated politely. Selection of blond wigs wasn’t great. I asked about fun colored wigs. She went to the back and brought out all that was left. Long enough story short, she sold me three fun colored (costume type) wigs and a wig cap for only $ 50! So definitely was worth the trip. I may go back for a human hair wig someday soon.
–I wish the wig prices were displayed better. Asking about each wig gets embarrassing.
–Wish I wasn’t treated like a poor person based off of my appearance.
–Wish they had more blond wig options.
All in all, worth checking out if you’re local.

Hands down, my favorite place for hair extensions. Always great service and a clean environment. The place is organized and wasy to find what you are looking dor. I give them 4 out of 5 because they don’t carry Bohyme pro-​tips. Other than that, this place is a go to for synthetic and real hair.

Customer Service Non Existent! I walked into the shop and did not get a single greeting from the three associates. I looked around at the extensions and clip ins for 10 minutes and was not offered any help at all. Save your time and go to a different store for your extension need. Headed elsewhere.
