Passion Tea is Refreshing and the banana bread is delicious! Tried the breakfast feta wrap and gave it to my dog. The dog wouldn’t eat it either. Yuck! I’ll stick to tea and banana bread.

Stopped for a quick morning pickmeup. Only had 15 min to spare. I ordered a tall blonde coffee, add room temp cream and two spendas. Also a oatmeal with dried fruit, nuts and extra HOT cream. And extra-​hot pepermint mocha My coffee was cold, assuming they added cold cream and the oatmeal… they must have used room temp milk! It never cooked enough for me to eat it. Tossed it all. Next time… i be specific and look and taste at my food before driving off. Oh and the extra hot pepermint mocha… we got a caramel something lol. What a way to start your morning.

This is my favorite Starbucks– ever. 95% of the time they actually have what you want and are hardly ever out of anything, maybe I’m just lucky but it’s great. I’ve never had a messed up order, it’s always clean on the inside, and the drive-​through people are always SO freaking nice. I don’t think they have a single unhappy employee. My favorite person is Gessica, we always have the best conversations in line. She’s so fun and I want to be her best friend. I always leave with a smile on my face and can’t say enough good things about this place.

I had a meeting here to discuss a little business with a vendor. The seating and tables we’re perfect for what we needed and it never got too noisy.
Afterwards we stayed for drinks and I tried their new ice brewed coffee. On top of being polite, the baristas offered to remake my beverage if I ended up not liking it since this was my first time trying it out. I really like that, and I’m more likely to try new things that way.
My only complaint is there was a mosquito in the bathroom. I realize they’re hard to avoid getting indoors during the rainy season, but I just can’t stand mosquitoes!

This Starbucks is amazing because the baristas are always hustling! They are personable and always willing to do what is right! They fill orders with a quickness too! Libby and Keven are always willing to chat with me during my nightly stop. Their smiles can make anyone happy! I was disappointed when I moved to first shift and knew I wouldn’t see them anymore.

I love this Starbucks. I can’t say I’m a regular, but when I go into this Starbucks the staff has always welcomed me and some of them remember me by name or at lest my drink. Reminder I come in maybe once or twice a month and my typical drink is nothing special. This location is one of the busiest location I’ve been into the valley. Someday early in the morning or the later afternoon they seem to be the busy.

I have been to this establishment a few times because it is the closest to my home. Each time I sit in the drive thru wondering why it takes so long to make coffee beverages and what is the point of a drive THRU. However, I have gone inside as well and the service is still slow. My order has never been wrong, but I always have to leave with ample time for work. The people that work there have an okay attitude –not really super pleasant, but not rude or mean.

They recently remodeled inside and arranged the products on the wall instead of little kiosks in the middle of the room and have new seating. Much better… and they are still really friendly.

I’ve come to this Starbucks for the past four years because it is the closest one to me. I’ve always had good service but a recent visit left me with «happy» tears. I was stopping by to get a coffee early one cloudy morning. I was on my way towards the funeral of a close co worker. As I went inside a man asked me how my day was going. After telling him what i’d be attending in a short period of time he looked at me and told me that I was doing the best thing anyone could do for my deceased friend. That being there to support his family and sharing memories would be the best gift his family could receive. After a shared smile and nod of agreement he told me life was valuable and that he hoped I had a better day. Best experience i’ve had from that store.

This particular Starbucks is larger than the one at Ellsworth, however the service and staff are not as pleasant.
Drinks are done well most of the time, but never feel like they are friendly as other stores are, especially when handing over a Gold Card.

I usually assume that all Starbucks are going to be the same. Wrong. I got a tall iced caramel macchiato and a bagel with cream cheese. I’m not sure what kind of drink this was but it wasn’t what I ordered. Oh well… they made me another. Pro.
Con: The person running the register has some serious ADD or is just plain rude. There was a lady that was placing a large order and while she was ordering, his cell phone rang! «hey what’s up man? … Oh nothing… just at work». The phone conversation went on for at LEAST 5 minutes. The customer just stood there staring at this kid!
It’s Saturday morning and this place is hopping and the other employees see to be working hard but this one guy kind of ruined it for me and has therefore forced me to give only 2 stars.
