Protein shakes are very good. I’m very picky with the «chalk» protein taste and these shakes are very flavorful without the chalky taste. The size is pretty large and it does replaces a meal for me. The strawberry post workout is my very favorite. The guys behind the counter are always friendly to everyone that comes in. They have tables inside the store or you can take it to go. I just wish the price was a bit less.

I stop in every night to get a shake since starting my job out that way and they’re a great bunch of guys. I don’t usually get my supps there but they know a lot about what they’re selling and probably will make a change once I run through my stock. It’s nice to have a healthy option for
